Sound quality is very nice!
Cannot wait to use it! This gaming chair with speakers is great! Very comfortable setting in for a couple of hours playing game. The speakers sound great too! They do give you the all around vibe while playing games or watching movies. Love it! A good investment!

Great arms at least...
For the price, it's fine. There are some things that make this really more of a 3.5 star chair. For one thing, never shown in any of the pics, for obvious reasons, is that in the back where the back attaches to the seat, it had 4 nuts that stand out and look terrible. A simple plastic piece that snaps on would have totally fixed it, but nope. Even using black nuts/bolts in that spot instead of shiny nickle ones would have helped hide things a little, but instead it just makes the chair look unfinished. The seat isn't too bad. It's a little more firm than my previous gaming chair, which was more comfortable for at least a few years before it felt like this, but it's not that bad. The arms are great. SO MUCH BETTER than the arms of so many other chairs. They make those plastic arms adjustable to hide the fact that they just suck. These are padded, look better, and feel WAY better. Now... as far as the included neck support and lumbar support... On their own, they ARE comfortable. However, the neck support may or may not hit you in the right place, and doesn't really adjust much. This will depend on your height, so might be fine. The lumbar cushion doesn't attach at all, and thus falls onto the seat every time you get up. More comfortable than not having it, but too much of a pain to use. As for the footrest, the less said the better. If you are shorter or have short legs, it might work. It doesn't slide in and out easily, though if you used it a lot it will probably loosen up. However it feels like it is just going to tear off the bottom of the chair, and wasn't comfortable to my legs, so I just took it off, which looks better anyway. For the money, it's a fine chair. If you want a really nice chair, you have to pay nice chair prices, so overall I am still happy enough with this one. I am sad to see my old chair go, but this will serve it's purpose fine. I suggest getting one of those gel seat cushions to make it a little more comfortable. For the record I am 6'1" - 210 pounds, so big, not huge. Smaller would be better I think.Still, the arms... man I like these arms so much better! I almost bought a Razer chair until I noticed it has those same arms as so many cheaper chairs, (and I'm sure are all made at the same place, but then Razer slaps a better cover on) so decided to go with this one, and despite it's flaws, I am glad I did. Again, if you want a really nice chair, plan on budgeting at least $500 - $700. If you want an acceptable chair for a lot less money, this one's fine.

Best Chair I’ve Bought!
I’ve been using this gaming chair for a few days now and I’m really impressed. It was easy to assemble, looks great, and most importantly—it’s incredibly comfortable, even during long gaming or work sessions. The back support and adjustable armrests make a huge difference, and the reclining feature is a nice bonus. The materials feel high-quality and durable. Definitely worth the price, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, ergonomic chair for gaming or working from home.

Pray the bearings are properly seated.
For reference on this review: I am 5'10 195lbs.The chair should have taken about 45 minutes to put together, but one of the arms did not have the bearing seated, causing it to not reach the mounting point and screw in. I had to screw around marring up the bearing until I was able to pound it in with a 16mm deep well socket and hammer. Luckily the bearing is just for the adjustment when leaning the chair, so hopefully it will not cause any functionality issues. The description uses some clever wording about the 5.1 sound. Windows allows me to set it to 5.1 with virtualization, but it really is just stereo. I had a feeling when it was unboxed that it was only stereo when I saw there was only 2 speakers with a single driver. I was hoping that maybe the chair was like my Strix headphones with multiple drivers for the surround. For what they are however, they sound fine. A lot more "punchy" than I expected. The bass is felt in the back which is nice, and the audio while sounding slightly cheap, does sound good with clear audio. Hooked up to my Windows 11 and Ubuntu machine with no issues. I generally leave it connected to my phone and play music while I have my gaming headset on for background noise. Setting "Spacial Audio" has no effect on sound. The chair feels sturdy enough. I can fully recline and not feel like I am about to flip out of the chair. The padding leaves a lot to be desired however. It is definitely a mix between sitting on a concrete block and a sofa from 1950. There's just enough padding in it that when you first sit, you think "This is fine", but after an hour you'll find yourself doing a lot of shifting in the chair to try and get comfortable in a spot that the padding has not fully compressed. It does bounce back after awhile, so I guess it just forces me to take a 15 minute break every hour. The "foot rest" is very flimsy feeling, and feel like the weight of my legs is going to cause it to break. I'm sure it will be fine as it is in 2 heavy plastic tubes, and semi thick rods. Not generally the style footrest I like as it only reaches my calves. I'm sure it would be a good foot rest for someone that is 5'7ish and under.I picked this chair up on sale for $135 which I feel is a fair price. I think had I paid the MSRP on the chair of $160 I would have disassembled and sent it back as there are far too many competitors for gaming chairs. I have tried several at this point as I replace my chair every 2 years. This is the first with speakers which is quickly growing on me.

Great gaming chair
Love this chair. It's well built and very sturdy. The wheels move with ease. I like that there are many colors to choose from. It's the perfect height and has varying levels of height. It was pretty easy to assemble.
