Reasonable price, service center is excellent, service center people calls every month and ask free service. But detergents and cleaner prices are very high specially ifb brand. If i raise a complaint water is not getting propery they saying like.install new filter. Filtre price is 1800 and offer we will get for 1600. For Lg like we will get bot hotwater inlet and cold water inlet. For ifb we qill get only cold water inlet.

IFB team service is very poor ,I called the technician many times but they never came for service or repair , I complained about that issue to customer support executive but they never took any action ,so please don't buy any products from IFB

OVERALL machine is very good. i am using its premium model of 7.0 Kg which is very good in operation. This model 6.5 kg is very good easy in operation. Washing is also good.Low noise.Limited no of function. My suggestion while buying for washing machine we look for 10-15 features for washing but hardly 10% people use the all available function, so its better to use the limited function machine. More the instrumentation more the problems.overall machine is good value for money definetly. No other manufacture give 4years machine warrantry and 10 years motor warranty(some have started giving motor warranty)only problem is top cover which is of transparent ABS plastic which you have to take care of other wise it can easily break if it pulled while removing clothes.overall good . If you are tight in budget then you can definetly go for this machine.My 15 experience show which ever company machine you buy washing will be same no matter what company washing powder you use it dosent really matter much. Handwashing is best washing. But as we are moving in busy and fast schedule we need to buy washing machine we should give importance to lady at home and buy it.Thank You

Product got delivered on 11th Aug and after waiting for 2 days I my self called customer service for installation on 13th and they responded well but around 4pm same day some local person called me for installation. I was in my office so I suggested him to come at 6pm but he denied so I told him to come next day morning but he denied again and told me that he will come at 12pm. As I usually leave for office at 9.30 but for him only I suggested to come till 11am and he agreed to come.Next day when he didn't come till 10.50am i called him up and he very carelessly said he is far from my location and will come at 12pm. Now I left with no option but to wait for him as I already took permission from office for coming late. When he didn't come till 12.15pm I called up customer care to log my complaint but they gave me local service manager's number instead so I called him 3-4 times but he didn't pick my call.Finally when I was about to leave for office I got installation person call to take my exact location... As he was nearby and came to my place at 12.46pm..... but wait... story not ends here.He uncovered the machine and in between demo he showed me a part from his bag called water softener and compelled me to buy it which costs Rs1850 (at MRP) IFB own brand without any discount and suggested that machine will not give good results without it due water hardness.Same part I checked on Amazon at Rs850 and I showed him the rate but he got little angry and clearly told me that if i use other than IFB brand part warranty will be null and void so I buy it alongwith 1ltr IFB washing liquid for Rs290 and guess what.... his way of giving demo completely changed after confirming that I am buying his products... It was really good and detailed demo.Conclusion (only for service as I have not used product yet)1- you have to call them for installation so don't trust the promise of Amazon that someone will call you within 24hrs of delivery.2- you have to adjust your timing for demo don't expect that they will come as per your convenience as need is yours now.3- Be ready to add approx Rs2000 cost in your machine for water softener.4- don't expect a good demo if you are not buying their extra products as they want to finish it quickly to sell it to next one.Hope you find it helpful
