This is a great, sturdy lockable stand. The only problem was that we received the wrong model. (Wrong size tablet holder) The model was clearly displayed on the order and they simply sent the wrong one. So it was unusable and had to be returned. I gave this a good rating, since it's a good product, but the supplier did a bad job. And the problem with Amazon is that there's no way to rectify the problem other than simply returning it. We'd have liked the supplier to send us a replacement - the right model. But that was impossible. We'd have had to return the old one and re-order a new one. In fact, the part that was wrong was the tablet holder. It would have made far more sense just for the supplier to send us that bit, and we could have kept the whole base. But of course it doesn't work like that. So we didn't get to use the item that we needed at our event. The supplier didn't make any money. And time and energy was wasted shipping this thing around the country. That is the problem with Amazon. When it goes right, it all works. But when something goes wrong, it's a mess.
