This workout book doubles as a journal
I love that it’s small and sturdy enough for me to take to the gym but large enough that I can comfortably read the workouts while I’m working out and gives me enough space to write notes about the workout.And I love the QR codes at the back, I’ve needed to use them a couple of times to see the actual movement

Rubbish
I was expecting a book with basic descriptions of exercises and then to use the qr code look at the exercises you are interested in. None of that just the name of an exercise and qr code for all 111 exercises which are on YouTube. I don't need this book,as I can look up dumbbell exercises without using qr codes. Do not buy

What the description doesn't tell you is that these are all poorly designed Crossfit workouts. If you're looking for a different kind of workout that isn't as punishing, this is not the book for you. Returning.

Not all Dumbbells
I was looking for a book focused exclusively on dumbbells. This book has all kinds of things like Burpee‘s, runs, etc. Not what I was looking for.

This is a journal not an instruction book
If you're looking for a guide on the different types of workouts you can do and what muscles they target this is not it. Frustrating that you have to buy the book to find out it's not what you're looking for because they don't include a preview of what you're getting in the description. This is a workout journal and doesn't include and instructions or guides on how to do the workouts properly.
