I admire the quality of these tapes. Purchased more than once & I was not disappointed.

Normally I purchased different tapes at my local beauty supply but I had no time since I’ve been working later. Ordered these with the expectation that they could at least hold my hair until the next set was installed about a month later. I applied these to clean dry only used once extensions. I normally wash my hair once a week and limit the amount of product I put at the route because I have been using hair extensions for over 15 years so I understand maintenance. I wash my hair after about six days and noticed that most of them started to kind of slip out I go back in clean the hair extensions and reapply more straps I did this to about half of my head because at that point most of them started to lift. Which I am not used to. I knew this was going to be a problem so I preemptively purchased different hair tapes for the near future. I’m about three weeks in and this is my third official wash and not only did the tape expand and turn very gummy . One of the hair extensions literally ripped out chunks of my hair while I was brushing it with a flat paddle brush just at the base. The adhesive had stuck to a pretty decent amount of hair because it expanded so whilst it was drying it fused to random strands around it and when I brushed my hair it ripped out a huge chunk and now I seem to have a small bald spot nothing I can’t cover but quite annoying that now I have to completely regrow hair on one side of my head. Zero out of 10 do not recommend I should’ve known when I was taping my hair extensions to begin with it was already difficult to work with and very rubbery

Tapes were okay for the first two weeks then after it's like the adhesive lost its strength and my tape one started to slip. Okay for short term use.

I love these they hold for the perfect amount of time I re do my tape ins every month so once they are in they last then you will notice they will start slipping out and will slowly start to come out which ends up being perfect because I need to adjust them anyways! It is definitely sticky and will hold! It is hard to get out of hair without a remover and even then it still is tricky so just be aware of that.

I’ve been doing my own tape in extensions at home for years & I can’t stress enough how terrible this tape is. I started with dry, clean, & unconditioned hair. The tape refused to stick to anything besides its impossible to remove black paper tab. I tried everything to make these work. I did not wash or style my hair during the time I had this tape in. Some fell out in under 24hrs, some randomly migrated 4-5inches down the hair shaft & then stuck like cement, & those two situations were light years better than what happened to the majority. About 3 days after install, the glue seeped from the extensions into the surrounding hair. It caused giant knots, that were painful and impossible to detangle without damaging my hair. My husband & I watched 3 movies back to back while we both sat there with glue remover & rat tail combs trying to salvage my hair.

I bought these of course for the color which is kind of silly but anyway when I was putting the tapes on my extensions I noticed that on every page the top and bottom tapes are cut in half. So I'm missing one tape on each page. I'm going to be installing my extensions this evening so I don't know how well they're going to hold my hair I'm hoping that they'll hold it well. I'll write a review later on that. They were easy to put on their curved which is another reason I bought them don't buy the ones that are square cuz then you have extra glue sticking out on the edges.

I used these to replace the original tapes and reapply the extensions. So far so great, I will repurchase.
