Quantum Healing Codes - Solfeggio Frequencies for Positive Change (with CD)

Very good book.

One of the most useful "serious study" type books I've ever used. I found a lot of the sacred geometry stuff to be interesting, but too intricate for me to follow without more effort than I'm willing to put out. The actual healing codes (the solfeggio frequencies associated with specific chakras and emotional issues,) on the accompanying CD are a totally different story. There are 22 tracks on the CD, giving the actual sound of each of the six basic tones; first individually, then in dyad combinations. It's very easy to reference each track on the corresponding chart in the book, describing of the related chakras, issues and healing qualities of each sound. I've been working with this book and CD for about six months, and it is helping transform my life. I've also met the author, Stephen Linsteadt and his wife Maria Elena, at one of their workshops in Ashland, OR. Wonderful, big-hearted people! I highly recommend this package for anyone drawn to vocal toning, crystal singing bowls, and/or self transformation.

the book is amazing with great detail...and its very specific...however some background knowledge is need to grasp the very specific details in the book. i would like to se the book expanded to include more info.

Fantastic! Actually, I'd give it TEN stars if I could. In the last three or four weeks I'm seeing changes in my thinking and feeling. As a result of the CD, I've come to some significant knowledge for my life. Certain things I was thinking in the past became clearer for me and my emotional issues gained a clarity that was desperately needed. I certainly recommend this product. I've been listening to the whole CD - not just certain tracts. I listen while I'm meditating and again when I go to sleep at night. You've GOT to try this CD! By the way, one person posted a review saying there were no instructions on using the CD. I thought the same thing (I started reading the book but didn't finish), and I contacted the seller. I was told that the info begins on page 39. I hope that reviewer sees this so he/she can start her healing!

I like the frequency healing but the cd came scratched and won't play on my Mac computer. I have to play it on my small dvd player with not the best of speakers Has anyone else had this difficulty? Wish there was a download so that I could bypass the cd. Otherwise it is a worthwhile purchase.
