I love this ice cube tray! I like to make what I call wine "cocktails" — served in a flute glass with ice. These mini ice cubes are a perfect size for this. The ice cube tray is made of flexible material so it is easy to pop the ice cubes out one by one from the bottom of the tray, whereas with hard plastic trays you have to bang them against something to make the cubes pop out. After taking out of the freezer, I would recommend letting the tray sit out on the counter for about 5 minutes before popping out the cubes—otherwise you might have to turn it upside down and run it under water for a bit to make the cubes easy to pop out.Because the tray is flexible, you have to hold it evenly with both hands between filling with water and putting in freezer, so it would be nice if it came with (or as an extra purchase to go with) a hard plastic tray to set it in after filling to prevent spills en-route to freezer.

I love this tray. Wish I had bought it a long time ago. It is easy to use, there's no odor to it, like many reviewers say. Only issue, I have to remove ice one by one. Twisting tray won't take them out. Not a big deal to me.

I put my son on a special diet to control his epilepsy, and for his diet he needs to eat a lot of fat, so I bought this tray to make small high-fat chocolates for him. It works great for that -- the cubes are a good size for him to be able to eat them safely without me needing to cut them down to a smaller size.The cubes are easy to remove from the tray. I just flip it upside down and then poke them out, one by one, with my fingers. Sometimes a cavity will turn inside out, but it's easy to turn it right-side-out again.The tray is stiff enough that I can lift it and put it into the refrigerator without needing any support underneath. My other similar ice tray is very floppy and needs support, so I appreciate that this tray is self-supporting.For cleaning, I run it through the dishwasher. Very easy!

Makes perfect sized ice cubes for iced coffee, a little hard to remove the ice cubes though.

I bought this to freeze liquids into smaller cubes for our freeze dryer. It works great for that, but it's not very easy to get the cubes to come out of the tray.

I hate buying cans on tomato paste when I only need a few tablespoons. This tray allows me to freeze the excess for later use in a convenient teaspoon size. The silicone doesn't get stained by the red paste either, which is nice. The tray shape holds up well even when filled. Of course, the many recessions of this design (as with any similar tray) inherently make it a little bit of a pain to clean, but that's to be expected and doesn't diminish the quality of this item.

I really wanted small ice cubes, but discovered this wasn't the best solution. First, the cubes are extremely difficult to remove. I had to let them sit for several minutes until they could come out without having to press each separate ice cube to come out - very time consuming. Then, the second time I used it, the ice tasted weird. Unfortunately, it's one day past time to return. Not worth all the work to have tiny ice cubes.

I love using fresh lime juice in my recipes, drinks, tea and beer. Unfortunately fresh limes don't keep very long, the squeezed juice doesn't keep in the fridge much longer and regular ice cube trays make cubes that are more than I sometimes want. Then I saw this silicone mini-ice cube tray! Delivered yesterday afternoon, I am on my third batch of lime juice cubes and I love it!! There is a slight rim on the tray so you can flex the tray to evenly fill the cubes without it spilling out. And though it's silicone the frame is thicker so it's easy to carry to the freezer without bending. And once frozen it's so easy to punch them out. I am so thrilled I will always have good lime juice ready to use. The tray holds the juice of almost 6 limes.
