Trinell Rustic Panel Headboard, King/California, Warm Brown

No assembly really, it is just the headboard. It's good quality and looks really good.

This is really great and better than I expected. I was concerned after reading some of other reviews, so I'll give you my input. First of all, it's a very heavy piece of furniture. It is wood veneer overlay, but it looks really good, not cheap. All of our other furniture is really nice, so I was a bit concerned about the quality. This is perfect for our son's room. I also like (because it's veneer) that it is smooth--which I think is great for kids. It doesn't seem as high as some of the marketing pictures. I had hoped that it would be at least 58 inches as noted on some websites, but it is actually just under 54 inches high. I also planned on trying to raise it, but wasn't able to do that because the there would have been an opening behind the pillows. Anyway, it's rustic looking and I think it's great for a boy's room. My husband did have to go to the hardware for some different bolts, but that wasn't a big deal. I just ordered the 5 drawer chest to match. Obviously these aren't heirloom quality pieces, but they will be fun for now. The price is great compared to other things I was looking out--and all along I liked the look of this collection the best.

I purchased this headboard on Amazon since it was cheaper than buying from Ashley. My son already had the matching dresser. It is good quality and arrived with no damage. Yes it is only a headboard…I saw several reviews with people mad thinking it was a whole bed but the description stated headboard only.

This headboard stated it was a king and California king interchangeable. We already had the dresser and nightstands that matched so we bought it for our cal king bed. It did not fit. It also came completely damaged. Chips everywhere. The top part is unlevel and unsticking. There was a board that got pulled from the screws in shipping and looked like bullet holes. All bad. We ended up making it somehow work hiding the chips and holes and we bought two boards from Home Depot and glued and screwed them together. We screwed them to the bottom of the headboard so it would match up with the legs of the bed and that the headboard was center. Did what we could to make it work.

Great headboard for the price. Not real wood finish, so be prepared. Metal trim on top adds a nice touch. Packaging was damaged and banged up pretty good. A few screws needed tightened. Other than that the product was fine. Easy assembly.

I had a hard time finding just the right look and since I couldn't fit something this large in my vehicle, delivery fees from a furniture store would have dissuaded me from buying this. Amazon's free delivery right to my door made this a great value. The assembly was easy and the headboard was SO much sturdier than expected. It's really a beautiful piece and I'm impressed with the quality, price, look and delivery.

Installation was fairly easy (actually did it without help) and worth the work.It’s not real wood, but a paper lining, and yet still looks very nice.Has a rustic appeal which is perfect since I’m not a prissy city girl, instead a country girl at heart. My daughter has the same set but in twin size.Very pleased with this purchase.

Other than the listing not specifically stating that this listing is just for the headboard, it’s great quality. The directions were pretty useless, but it was easy to assemble and figure out. Sturdy material and beautiful piece.Now on my way to Ashley Furniture to pick up the rest of this bed set!
