Beautiful pattern and still great quality
Country French is a lovely, lightly accented pattern that has been around a long time and is not overly ornate. The quality seems comparable to the older version that was made either in the US or Japan, although these are now made in Vietnam. (Lenox now owns Reed & Barton and Oneida, and their top-end flatware lines are made in Vietnam of quality 18/10 stainless steel.) The knives still have the beautiful 18/10 hollow handles as before. Nice size, weight, and balance; sturdy and truly dishwasher safe. Very pleased with my new place setting so far. Some accessory pieces are hard to find, though.Btw, the flatware I received (5-pc place setting, and from another site several tall drink spoons) has a shiny mirror finish as in the past, not a matte finish.

High Quality, would recommend
This was a pricey set, but it is so beautiful, and they have a nice weight to them. I've had them about 6 months and they still look perfect. I get compliments on them all the time.

Only one set included
This is the Amazon story you hear about reading the details carefully. I love the flatware but only one set was included in the order. For $30, they had to go back. I thought it was a set of 4 settings. They are cute but I couldn't justify the price. If you have the money, you would probably like these if you're looking for beach theme.

Modern Yet Traditional Look with Minor Flaws
I've owned this flatware for over 2 years and if I could give it a 3 1/2 I would. Love the pattern, the size and the heft of the pieces. There were some things that I needed to get use to: the tablespoon and teaspoon head are almost he same size; due to size and curvature of the pieces they have to be arranged just so to fit in the cabinet drawer built for holding flatware. I am very disappointed in the staining factor of the teaspoons when used with tea. Even if the spoon is immediately rinsed under cold or hot water, the finish takes on a darker look - hand washing with soft scrub remedies the situation but I've never had this happen to any flatware that I've owned. Also, despite the heft, the flatware has a tendency to bend slightly when dishing out hard ice cream. Other than the observations above, I love the look and feel of the set.
