This Baking Tray works great for Air Frying
We’ve tried several different ways of air frying and this tray is the best! It holds a large amount of food with plenty of room in between for proper air circulation. No need to flip the food. It crisps perfectly on both sides. It’s very easy to clean. Sturdy, but not heavy. Now we can treat ourselves to healthy and delicious air fried food frequently.

Great pan...cover with foil....and do all of your sheet pan dinners and the rack's good for your stuffed chicken thighs or breasts wrapped in bacon over all of your heart desires of veggies and bake'em.... it's ASS KICK'EN...

Not real Nordic Ware!
Counterfeit product! I bought it to add to my collection of Nordic Ware pans. The paint bubbled and peeled off the first time I used it. (350 degrees; 30 minutes.) Other pans in this line are doing great after years at higher temps. Unfortunately, I didn't cook with it until the return window closed. Don't be like me! Don't buy this!

Sturdy
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sturdy and crafted well. I’m able to cook bacon and other meats on it. We cook racks of lamb on it so the cook is even throughout and easy to clean.

A great addition to my kitchen!
I enjoy cooking with this baking tray and rack. I use it for sheet pan dinners all the time. It cleans up easily.... and is such a good addition to my kitchen I finally found it again and got one for my son's house. A good find!

Easy to clean
Since the rack that fits inside is Teflon coated it is very easy to clean. I do pre spray was Pam before cooking on it. I love the large pan and the cooking area. The pan is also very easy to clean up. As suggested I hand wash both. This is my go-to pan now to baked chicken wings and other meats. I love the handles on the rack. Makes it easy to remove from pan and set aside to cool. The the rack is also raised up a little bit so the grease from food drains through to pan.

I've only used this pan 3 times but I am absolutely obsessed so far. I honestly think this is the pan I've been searching my whole life for. It's the pan of my dreams. It is truly non-stick. I love it so much, I am definitely converted to Nordicware now. I'll be buying everything in their collection.
