The pros: The product is made very well. I like how I'll have a good airflow under my house. No animals will be able to enter with the screen. In the winter the cold air won't blast in with the cover mounted on it. The cons: just throw the screws away, because they are junk. The head will strip out just by hand tightening. I used stainless one inch #8 lath screws with a large low profile head.

I was looking for a louvre for my new construction crawlspace that was removable so I could gain access to the space. This product fit the bill. There's even a cover if I wish to close it off. Crawlspace Doors rep Chris was very helpful. Their product is strong, durable and looks good. Installation took all of about 15 minutes. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I was looking to re-frame my wall to my crawl space due to a new furnace needing installed. Had to cut open the wall to get it down there. I ordered this and it mounted perfectly over the hole covering up all the cosmetic damage. Definitely was worth it. A little pricey for a piece of plastic in my opinion, but I still highly recommend!

I am so happy that I bought these crawlspace doors! Our home has two places where we need access under the house. With the hot and cold season, I know we are going to be so pleased to be able to ventilate under the home with the ease of just removing the cover of these doors. The velour venting will help you alleviate water come in from the rain. The varmint screen will definitely keep all those critters out! Wonderful! Wonderful!

This crawl space door looks great! It did not have the pre drilled holes, but other than that it is perfect. Looks very professional!

Product as described. I had to get a size much wider than I needed to get a door tall enough for my openings. Also one of the frames came with a 2" piece of the corner broke and loose in the box. No doubt happened in transit. But would not have happened as easily with corner protection in the packaging.

There were so many issues with this. First, it was marked as delivered and signed for by a stranger. When I tried to have this taken care of, the seller was no help. UPS came to my rescue, found the package and delivered it a week later. I opened it to install. The package was missing all the hardware and instructions. Annoying, frustrating, but I can work around it. The door itself is plastic. And from the feel of it, flimsy plastic. I cannot recommend this. It is way overpriced for the quality. The door latch is crap. Don’t buy this product

Easy installation. Great solution for me. I’m a 67 year old female and I installed over brick all by myself. I didn’t want to drill into the brick so I used Gorilla Heavy Duty Ultimate Construction Adhesive. It adheres to the brick and the frame perfectly. I used white spray paint (for plastic) to get a match to my white painted brick.
