For me it takes about 10-12 hours before it kicks into gear. Just be patient, as you'll know when the painful cramping starts that it's about to do its job. It feels a bit severe to the system, but when nothing else seems to work this does.

I have had terrible cramping all day. Nothing helps. Won’t be taking any more.

Lord have mercy.. I took the first pill around 8pm, i used the bathroom about 15 minutes later. Just a regular bowel movement. However, the next morning I took another pill around 12:20pm. Half hour later, I was emptying myself out with the runs. It definitely does what it says it will do. No stomach cramps, I drink about half a gallon of water a day. 10/10 recommend.Update: I took 2 pills and the cramps feel like I'm about to go into labor. It is not a joke please be careful if you take 2. So far they've lasted 10 minutes

They do what they say but they cramp your stomach badly

This is not for pain relief. It was a great value for the money.
