Advanced B-Complex + Choline

If you tend to stock up on staple items, you may want to reconsider doing that with Quantum B Complex with Choline. I received my first shipment of 60 pills today, 6/6 2019, and the expiry date is 7/31 2019. Not an immediate concern because the dose is 2/day. However, I put this item on subscribe and save and am concerned that if the vendor cuts dates this close to the wire, it may not be ok in the future. I will see how the next delivery goes and decide then if I need to seek another product. Also, if you have a little trouble swallowing pills, these are pretty big.

This product has been changed from a caplet to vegecaps, which smell bad and taste horrible. The odor remains on your breath hours after taking. This change was made without changing the UPC or product name. They used to be fine, now they’re disgusting.

Perfect if you aren't able to get it through food. B vitamins should be taken with choline to work. I do feel more energy after taking these.
