Poise Overnight #8 pack of 36. This brand makes 8 different types of pads. Due to incontinence I use #8 only during the day. If I have to take a fluid pill during the morning, I use pull-ups for Night Protection as the fluid pill is effective for 5-6 hours and NO pads will provide the protection I need. This pad is thick, has a wide back, is comfortable, and 15.9" long. It provides great protection for me during the day. They are a little cheaper the more you buy at one time. NOTE: During shipping you may find a pad slightly out of shape, since they are not mailed in a box. If so, just turn the pad over to the back side. Using your hand, firmly rub it over the full length of the pad before removing paper off the back side. This has always worked for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Pad is very large, almost too big. But better for overnight than the “thin overnight” #8!! I like that it’s long, and wide. I feel confident wearing this at night. But what a shame they can’t combine the thinness of the “thin overnight” with this length and shape.

I came across this by chance at the store while looking for big pads and then went online for it went I ran out. I needed big coverage from the front when I go from sitting to standing so I use this product backwards (big part in front, smaller in back).I love that this item doesn't have wings because wings make pads move around in place for me and feels awkward and this one doesn't move at all because of the lack of wings. It is also very easy to use. It doesn't smell and doesn't irritate my skin either. I also like that I can throw the previous pad into the pink wrapper as well then toss it in the trash and be done with it. Sometimes I even place an extra pad on my pants and save my pants the trouble of being leaked on.Its absorbency is okay or maybe I just bleed too fast. I have to stay in place for a minute or two when I go from sitting to standing while holding the pad in place and making sure I don't leak. I do wish this could be longer but it is the longest I can find. It is bigger than other pads I've used so I stick with it until my flow eases up and then I switch to smaller pads to not waste these big ones.

I've been prone to kidney infections and UTI'S my entire life. This condition worsened after a medical complication at 15, and it flares up in times of high stress. These pads make a huge difference in being able to treat those infections in a way that works for me (antibiotics don't work for more than a few days, and I've been told by medical staff to "try over the counter medication and hope it helps"..) that also allows me to *sort of* continue with my day. I've never had a problem with leakage, they can hold a surprising amount of liquid, and they're comfortable compared to some other brands I've tried. They're soft and provide adequate coverage across surface area, both length and width. Theyre a little fluffy, but you can't tell (from an outside perspective) when wearing form-fitting jeans. I don't really care much about the design, as long as it does what it's supposed to, because let's face it. Nobody worries about the pretty flowers on the pad when they peed their pants during take off.

My mothers overactive and non-urine holding bladder, has to have something made very well. These work very well. They hold a lot of urine without wetting her pants. They are just the right size and thickness. They are very affordable.

I hope this review helps save others the time and money I spent this year searching for a pad that truly lives up to its promises. For nearly s year, I’ve been purchasing these incontinence pads for my mom, who has Alzheimer's and became fully incontinent in 2023. I know they might be slightly pricier than comparable brands but I assure you we’ve tried nearly every pad on the market , and these are top value and the real deal. I swear by them!!!! Works great as added protection for my elderly Mom who is incontinent. We put this pad in her disposal briefs during the daytime. We replace pad vs the brief (unless both get wet) and it saves $ that way. At night we use another brief with different padding to keep her dry. So far this has worked well. And we have tried many different options!!
