A Good Book For Food Lovers
The book dessert reboot by Neha Ranglani.The book is unique because it is a journal of the author in which he seeks to take special care to provide insight into people's lives in order to add to one's own perspective and understanding.As I read through the snippet, I was eager to learn how the creator viewed the topic. Moreover, all of the recipes in this book contain superfoods for added nutritional benefits and healing benefits.A recipe for each dish is provided, along with the ingredients and method of preparation. There isn't anything negative I can say about this book.The writer has written in this good unique way. the cover is so iconic, one cannot ignore it. Narration is done very well, using simple language that is easy to understand. It has been beautifully written. I highly recommend reading it.

Good informative read
A meal is never complete without the dessert that accompanies it. Be it a fruit, an icecream, a cookie or a piece of cake, it is a ritual that is followed by many to finish the meal. The modern day desserts have a variety of options to choose from but we overlook the ill effects it has on our health with the ingredients it carries. Dessert Reboot by Neha Ranglani is a book on healthy sweet treats.The author begins by explaining what sugar is? It's types, side effects on our health etc. to the art of eating a dessert. Then we are introduced to the basics of baking, right from measuring and the ingredients. Then follows the recipe section that has been divided into 4 parts, Indian, Baked, No-bake and Frozen desserts. Each section has recipes which are designed by swapping the ingredients to make it more healthy. Apart from its goodness on health the calorie conscious and diabetics can indulge in enjoying these sweet treats in a guilt free way. The recipes are simple and can be made easily.Overall a good informative book with delicious recipes.

Interesting..
This is the first time I have gotten into a cookbook. This book is basically a collection of recipes, instructions, and information about the preparation and serving of healthier and nutritious Indian desserts.Apart from the recipes the author has talked about the healthy eating habits, side-effects of sugar and it's types, making it an informative read.The best part is all the information comes from an Integrative Nutritionist and Health Coach.Written in a simple language I feel it is a very useful book for those who have sweet tooth.

Dessert Reboot by Neha Ranglani is a joy to read. I love eating a lot. I enjoy eating, but I also like to experiment with new, nutritious meals because the trainers at the gym don't allow junk food.They are ideal for you if you are trying to maintain your weight. The most educational aspect of the book is where she has noted the nutritional benefits of each recipe.Even though there are many recipes on YouTube, publishing a book is a truly admirable endeavour. Each dish's ingredients and preparation technique are included along with the recipe. I've only tried a handful of them so far, but I really enjoyed them.The book's title is appropriate for the circumstance and relevant. The book's cover is rather appealing, and the author deserves praise for it.The writing is simple and understandable. The wording is clear and simple to understand. Overall, the book was enjoyable for me. I hope your reading is successful.

Good book
First I appreciate its catchy cover ,which is good enough to attract any reader. This is a book for the masses , if you read and actually implement it then this book is definitely an asset for you. Everything is explained in the most simple way possible , the language used is easy to understand the writing style is engaging. The best part about the book is it is simple yet very important and well crafted , I enjoyed reading it and also learned a lot. Definitely recommended. 🧁

Easy making to a healthy diet, this book's recipes are best for you if you want to stay fit or you just want to eat something different from everyday desserts. Buy this book and try and share your favourite recipe.My Favorite recipes from this book are Magnum, Protein Brownies and from Indian sweets Kalakand and Malpua.

Eager to try the recipes
This is the first time I'm trying something out of my genre, and I'm pleased to say that I loved this book. This is a perfect cookbook for satiating your sweet tooth desires. Loved the colourful interior design of the book too. The author has included recipes of Indian desserts, bake and no bake desserts and frozen ones too. The most informative part of the book is in each recipe she has highlighted the nutrient values of each dish. She has also mentioned 'did you know' facts under each recipe.
