I’m using Siri please excuse any strange words. I started taking these and about 60 days later. I definitely felt better. It’s the only change I made in medication vitamins, etc. so I feel it did impact me and then when I got my next blood test, it showed improvement so that I found a significant. I bought this product and the capsules were stuck together. I tried to reach in with my finger to get them apart but could only get a couple of them out. I was about ready to give up on them but shook it and a couple came apart. I then started to bang it into the palm of my hand and they started to break apart even more. I dumped the loose ones out and repeated the process until they all came apart. It's a hassle, but it works.The product works well and would be better if they didn't stick together.

Great product, but absolutely horrible shipping from Amazon. They seem to "lose" products a lot or not get them to you on time. MY last order of this came 4 days late, when it was supposed to have been overnight. 4 days! I needed it when I expected it in, not 4 days later and, of course, Amazon did nothing to "make it right", except to basically tell me to suck it up and deal with it. Terrible shipping. And its getting more and more common to.

I've been taking regular Qunol CoQ10 for a very long time, so I expect these will be even more beneficial since this is the active form and should be absorbed by the body faster and more effictively. I ran out of the regular CoQ10 today and will take the first of these tomorrow. I see no reason to expect they won't be even better for me.Thanks, KL, for your very informative review. It was a major part of my decision to buy these instead of my usual regular CoQ10.For the people who commented and included pictures in their reviews of these arriving melted into a blob. None of them (of the ones I looked at) looked like they were actually melted. It looked like they were just stuck together. Put them in the fridge for a while (or maybe even in the freezer), then shake the bottle hard while they're cold, and I bet the clump will fall apart. Can't hurt, anyway.

I really couldn't tell that these helped me any, but that doesn't mean it's not a good product.
