This book is overwhelmingly insightful!! I am working on letting go of verbal and mindful negative thought patterns. Reading passages in this book has amplified the fact that my thoughts and/or words have dis-eased my body. This reading is truly an awakening for me. I have never re-read a book. I cannot wait to finish it (almost done), so I can turn it to the beginning and start reading it again! I know that I will get something out of it again and again.If you want to heal your temple, this is a MUST READ! You will realize that God is ALL there is!

This book offers a great tool to understanding self by having control over our thoughts...once we realize we are in the control seat with theway we think we can then move through life without sickness or disease, and have health and happiness....this author was ahead of his timeand his spirituality was, indeed, noted as he shared his love of his creator...but, mostly, he wanted us to know of that power we have with ourthoughts....great book...

I enjoyed this book. Helped add one more layer of understanding of who I am within and that I can be healed.

Even though written in 1941 this book is super up-to-date. It challenges readers to face themselves, respect themselves, and heal themselves. It reminds me of who I am and what I am and how to use this knowledge to heal me.

Here are important principles for healing and transforming one's life. This simple and profound book must be read and re read to internalize its deep wisdom.
