Will definitely order from here again!!
Came right on time and I was surprised at how good of condition it was in! This is my grandson's favorite book (he's 2) and his copy got ruined by our dog. I was able to replace it before he even noticed it was gone! I was hesitant to buy it used but I am extremely happy I did!

Good Chinese English text, great photos
Solid board book with clear Chinese and English text, my toddler loves the pictures and learning animal words. I'm expanding my Chinese vocab too. There are a few duplicates and odd choices, and I wish the Chinese text was a bit larger and even better included pinyin...but I'd still recommend!

Very small book for the pop rice. Paid double the price of the giant version that I have.
Super disappointed in it's size for the price. We have this on giant size, but it went through 2 kids, so we replaced it for this. Pictures are EXACT, BUT...miniture size. I paid DOUBLE for the miniature size, too. So disappointing....My daughter loves this book, too!

A book of lies!!!
Upon opening this colorful and inviting book I noticed the profile of a friendly looking puffin in the top right corner of the cover. As I continued to flip through the book I saw many animals that in my opinion, no "baby to toddler" should have to know (such as terrapin, wombats, and the ever elusive water dragon) When I reached the page titled "Birds" I saw another picture of our friend the puffin. I stopped and smiled at the puffin's colorful beak and pearly white plummage. My attention was then drawn to the caption below, which read pelican. Pelican, indeed I was looking at what was obviously a puffin, so why would the text below read pelican. Not only was the puffin pictured on the cover with the correct caption, but on the page labeled "Rivers and Lakes" there was a picture of a pelican, which was obviously different then the mislabeled puffin on the "Birds" page. It absolutely bewilders me that such an amateur mistake could be made by St. Martin's Publishing Press, a name I have come to respect. While this book deserves commending for being made from "sustainable forests", I would not recommend it unless you want your child to be scarred for life, forever confusing the humble puffin with the obviously different, bucket-beaked pelican. But this is not the only lie. If you, like I did, took the time to count up the pictures then you would reach a total of 101, leading you to believe that there is a bonus animal. Alas, you would be incorrect, in truth there are less than 100 animals. The book does not live up to this promise of 100 animals since penguin, lion, snake, moth, zebras, elephant, and owl were all repeated in the book. Apparently "Priddy Books: big ideas for little people" thought they could outsmart the good people of the US and Canada. However those who are observant enough will find that this innocent picture book, like so many other aspects of our lives, has gone corrupt. May I suggest that instead of providing wrong information about animals and the contents of the book,"priddy books" fufills its promise of one hundred animals instead of giving us 94 and then repeating some, which is just plain lazy. God help our children and our country.
