Its a good value,not costly.
This was a fine Chromebook, except it was not a 3 or a 4,that's what I was looking for.

Very disappointed!
Very disappointed. These are supposed to be refurbished. I would assume that means they would do a quality control check on them before they leave the warehouse determine if they actually work. When we receive this it was packaged well but upon further discovery with determined it wouldn't even turn on. We tried everything but it was dead upon arrival. Refund requested.

Fast computer!
Got here quick right to my door with FedEx, works right out of the box, actually a very fast computer for the several things I use it for, looks close to brand new, my first Amazon Renewed product and it is most satisfactory!

Charging Cord did not work
Good computer and seems to work well - once we bought a charging cable for it; the one that came with it does not work so we had to order a new one, hoping that was the problem. So far, that seems to be the case. Computer works well otherwise, but before you buy, make sure to have a power cord/charger on hand.
