I've been searching for a pill case that fits in my small purse and doesn't make a rattle noise. This slides in next to my lip balm and I don't notice it's there, even though I know it is. Quality is great, no complaints. It won't fit most vitamins but it fits my 20mg pill perfectly. Any larger would not fit. I purchased one with 3 separate compartments which was the right choice. If a pill gets turned around it can get stuck, but easy to shake it out.

This pill organizer is crafted with quality materials. Price is a little high but understandable considering the product is made out of titanium. It fits on your key chain with a simplistic non-bulky design, which is ideal for those of you who have preferences in the type of products you buy. The quick disconnecting small ring attaches to your existing key ring with ease. I have found most pill storage organizers mostly have a small hole which in most cases does not fit all key rings. This product on the other hand has a bigger hole, which gives you an option to leave it on the quick disconnecting smaller ring or attach it to any key ring of your choosing. As for the minor flaws, which is something to consider. If you have big hands or sausage fingers you could lose the bottom piece as it is hard to hold within the digits. Other things to consider is that this product is made for storing whole pills that are a smaller in size or one medium pill. If you have to break the pills in half, I recommend purchasing the other product they have available that unscrews in three pieces, it gives you more options to store medium to larger pills. Lastly, if you're the type that intakes a whole medicine cabinet worth of pills this product is not for you or your needs.

Great for storing those little things you need to keep handy. Small, solid and discreet. Very useful.

I love this little thing! It is very tiny but that’s what I wanted! It holds the one tiny pill I need to take without lugging the whole bottle around and it clips right to my keyring. Idk if it’s waterproof. It would hold one pill the size of a Tylenol

Pill holder is way too small for the pills I intended putting in it. The chain that comes with it is like floss, but please note I didn’t expect much for the price and didn’t buy it for the chain. The key ring is actually pretty solid kind of, I like it but don’t know how it would hold up over time. The Case Does feel like light aluminum Just wish it was about the right size and I would give it at least 4 starts….I guess It is cool but too small

The three compartments allow for carrying different types of medications without the risk of contamination between the types. This was a major concern with one of my medications - nitroglycerine. This product was the best compromise between width and length. The width is narrow enough to fit easily in my pocket, but does limit the size of pill you can carry. Several small pills can fit in one compartment. As an example, I can fit 1 Tylenol pill, 1 Sudafed pill and 1 Benadryl pill, in one compartment. The titanium used to construct the container is supposed to be non-reactive with medications and the O-rings do offer a degree of waterproofness (? word) to the product - yes. I tested it. Overall, a good product, with a design that allows you to switch between one, two or three compartments, depending on your needs.
