This product was dispatched and arrived promptly. The box the easel folds out from is quite large so some art materials can be stored inside it, and the clasps are smart and durable. The front ledge is stored inside the box, so when transporting the easel it is a flat box. Wing nuts attach the ledge to the easel- another set of wing nuts can be tightened or loosened inside to adjust the easel's angle. All in all, a fantastic product and two little candy canes in the box was a lovely Christmassy touch- thank you!

Compact design and light but sturdy. Ledge for holding paper/pencil is safely tucked away inside until you need it, then it's easily attached by 2 butterfly screws , 2 more are used to fix the angle of the drawing board. Decorative hinges and closing clasps plus brown "leather" handle complete the aesthetics of this very reasonably priced budding/travelling artist's accessory.

Handy portable easel, nice wooden finish. Very easy to set up. No indentations of wood to cause disruption to drawings. Incredible soft finish touch. Ajustable screws that fix well making it dependable.

I would have given this product 5 stars, but for the fact it is not as described in the images displayed on the sales page. Looking at the pictures there it shows a centre slide out section that would support a larger than A4 canvas/paper this is not the case and there is no slide out support. Secondly the hinges are not as shown i.e. they do not raise in a vertical position by sliding within the top section to adjust the angle, instead they slide inside the lower section and are pivoted very near to the base of the top section. This mean it is far easier to collapse the easel closed again if much weight is applied to the top section. Not that it matters much but the handle is also on the side and not on one end as shown.However the box itself is very well made and very lightweight. Contrary to some reports everything was well jointed, very smooth real wood with nicely rounded corners and no signs of glue or bad workmanship. The fittings and hinges are of a decent quality similar to what you would buy in any DIY outlet, they are brass plated and with care should last as long as the easel. The internal storage is as to be expected relatively small, but of sufficient size to take a 24 box of 12ml paint tubes, a 24 block of watercolour paints in a tin, a couple of packs of detail and various small size brushes, sketching pencils, sharpener, rubber, a small plastic 6” rule and maybe up to a dozen A4 size watercolour papers.

Quite disappointed with this one, whilst the wooden construction seems 'nice' it is very poorly finished and somewhat splintery in places especially along some of the edges. it is advertised and described as being 41cm x 27.5cm x 8cm (approx 16" x 11" canvas size) when in reality it just about fits A4 (9" x 12" canvas).It is very light and will move about unless weighted down or clamped in place. The supports inside could also do with having some washers added behind the butterfly nuts against the runners as the nuts do not seat against the runners fully allowing the easel/work board to keep sliding backwards if you rest on it at all.The work rest is quite shallow and is around 3/8" (1cm) deep trench so may find some larger/deeper canvases will not sit in the rest. It is shown to have a riser rail in the centre to allow for taller works to be supported, this is not the case. When you remove the work rest and place it inside for transport there is no securing for it allowing it to rattle about inside, a small strap or strip of Velcro could have solved this.A little more time spent in in the finish of this product and it might have been worth the money paid, however felt with this that I really was just paying for a name rather than a piece of quality equipment that would be as described and last through years of use.

An okay easel to start with and a useful addition but the version I received did not have all the features.

The order arrived promptly in good condition. It is a gift for a 7 year old aspiring artist, so as yet it is untested but it looks strong and has the storage area for his paints and brushes, I think he will be excited to receive it. It is a good price.

Bought for children as christmas present. Great little product. Storage is perfect for paper and pens, didn't go for one with dividers as kids just like to throw their art stuff in. It is only suitable for A4, bare this in mind. Kids were chuffed and so was I.

decent little travel easle

très jolie valise très pratique, légère, je recommande pour tous les artistes en vadrouille !

Arrivato ciò che cercavo, pratico richiudibile a valigetta, occupa poco spazio, economico, tutto ciò che serve per chi l'arte la vuol praticare anche senza degli spazi adibiti.

En perfecto estado. Entregado antes de lo previsto. Lo compré a pesar de que no me gustaba donde estaba situado el asa (parte de arriba) , tal fue mi sorpresa que cuando lo recibi, el asa estaba situado en la parte lateral, tal y cual como yo lo quería.

Hecho de madera bastante frágil y mal acabado en general.
