Q: Will it shave my dog?

Works well on most dogs but I would not recommended it for your Shih Tzu.

Q: Can I use it on my head

Yes thats what i purchased it for to use on my head and it works fine it won't shave you completely bald but almost bald i have tried many head shavers and this is by far the best i've used i was so happy with it i purchased the more expensive version i give this shaver 10/10

Should work on private areas. IÂ´ve only used it on my face but it works very smooth. Wont hurt you, im sure of that. Take the oneblade pro, has better battery and fast charging with a few pounds more.

Yes, came with one extra blade in the in the comb box so 2 blades in total. The comb box had 4 combs in it: 1,2,3 and 5mm.
