It definitely helps
I ordered a medium, I wear a size 12 . It's exactly the right size. It is helping me with my posture. I only wear it for a couple of hours at a time, but I notice the difference. Fast delivery. Worth the £. Highly recommend. It fits securely unlike others I have tried

Back support
Great for back support but a little bulky under clothing and is definitely apparent once worn. Wouldn’t recommend if wearing outdoors unless under a coat or heavy clothing. Does the job.

perfect for assisting in day to day tasks.
I followed other reviewers advice and carefully ordered the correct size for me and it is (for me) perfect. I have lower back pain that impacts on my legs swell and the back support belt really assists me with being able to continue in standing tasks (ie ironing) for longer than before. It has certainly increased my time I can cope with the back pain.Advise your read all reviews - the problem with back pain is everyones is slightly different.

Great product
Following a nasty fall and back injury I was finding it difficult to move around without pain. The support this belt has given me is brilliant! I wear it when I go out shopping and I don’t have to rest my back every few minutes.

Just the job..
Bought for my neighbour to replace his original one as it was coming apart..... The first one arrived quickly but was no where near the size that was ordered so that was sent back and I got a bigger replacement. The vendor sent the second one quickly as well and refunded the first in good time.No complaints apart from the sizing.... Just order a size up.
