Medium hold plastic. I say medium because it’s not hard/stiff and it’s not soft/flimsy. It’s perfect doesn’t hurt ears. Hugs ears perfect! This is my go to accessory for AirPods when running. I don’t have to worry about them falling.

I work in the healthcare field and can have one earbud in, but my AirPods were always falling off if I had to move my head around too much but with these on they don’t slip out at all!! Also good for going on runs and working out in the gym!

I could have seen the issue with them when I ordered them, but I wasn't paying attention. If you have recessive ears "elf ears" as my friends call them, then these are not going to help you at all. Be aware of that fact. maybe they are 5-star for other people.

This product does not work. The holder pulls the airpod out of the ear. It is not possible to tighten the holder enough to keep the airpod from falling and keep the airpod in the ear at same time. POOR DESIGN

I was having trouble getting adjust and fit properly. Then by mistake i put on backwards to where the adjust tail was on backside of my ear. Weirdly enough to my amazement, fit 100 times better. Dont ask me…

This is a unique take on something that’s always an iffy purchase. The ear wrap/string is soft and malleable just like a neck cord. You simply loop it around your ear, and push the “pin” through to tighten around your ear as you want. You can leave it set so you don’t have to adjust each time. Obviously the airpod has to be removed each time, in order to go back into the charger case. That’s a given with all of them. The other thing I like, is that each one can be used on either ear.

I cant seem to get it to sit in the ear hooks without it pulling out of my ears. I spent 30 min trying to get them to fit right in the locker room before giving up. I think theres a learning curve, but I haven’t found it yet. So far, would not recommend.
