Great space props
These worked brilliantly as part of a space-themed stage backdrop for a kids holiday club. It saved me hours making my own tacky planets from polystyrene balls! Blowing them up was super easy. Thick, durable plastic means we have used them more than once. They even come with string to hang them from the ceiling. Excellent find. Amazing that there are things like this out there!

Ideal learning resource for both parents and teachers.
Nice set of planets for the price. You don't require a brain to realise they're not to scale. The supplied air pump is a bit flimsy but it does the job. The planets are detailed with basic identifying features such as the great storm on Jupiter, basic outline of continents on Earth etc but you have to remember that these are inflatables, not a detailed OS map of each planet. As mentioned they're not to scale, but I don't see how anyone could expect them to be. The ring of Saturn can 'flop' a bit but it's a minor issue. Again, it is an inflatable planet kit, not an orrery. Each planet has a small loop so they can be suspended from the ceiling. I think it is a nice touch and allows the user to suspend the planets from the ceiling if they so desire. To give an idea of size, Saturn is roughly the size of a basketball. I highly recommend the set for parents and teachers wanting to spark the imagination of their children/students.

all of the kids (age 2-11) loved these at christmas - took forever to blow up ...
Delightful, all of the kids (age 2-11) loved these at christmas - took forever to blow up bit there is a pump for the larger planets etc. Interesting fact sheet included and recommended measurements for spacing them out to scale to give the children a clear understanding of the fastness and size of space and planets in relation to each other - the sun is massive. This would be fabulous in a school

Disappointed - poor quality
These were expensive for what they are and the earth planet had a hole where the seam hadn’t closed properly and it wouldn’t blow up. One very upset 6 year old on Christmas morning! Avoid

Excellent Colourful Solar System Display
Love these planets. After reading some reviews about missing ones and some deflating I still risked it for a biscuit. I wasn't disappointed. Blew them up for my classroom as our first science topic in September is space. I love them and I know my class will love them. They are all roughly to size, with a giant sun in the centre and there is also the earth's moon too. Sadly I had to pop poor Pluto back in the box, what with him not being one of the main planets anymore (if you grew up before the noughties then this concept is very confusing I know, but it's true!). He larger ones are quite heavy so you defo need sturdy string or wire to hang them, I've gone for clear fishing wire to give them the element that they are floating through space...we shall see come September whether they've all fallen down! Haha! I received all the planet's etc as advertised, the colours are much brighter in real life than they are on the box so don't be put off by that. The foot pump was 'okay', a bit small and plastic...I blew a few of them up with a mixture of the pump and just blowing them up with my mouth. This is probably the most arduous part. The sun however...I used an electric pump otherwise it was taking FOREVER to pump up. Definitely recommend.

all in all good product
ordered these to redecorate sons bedroom. They were delivered one day before expected which was good. Very pleased with them, saturns ring is slightly sagging as it is a bit heavy for it and even though hanging them was relatively easy some instructions wouldnt of gone a miss or adding ceiling hooks to the package would have improved it. i used things i had laying around the house to hang them. because of littler issues i do think they are slightly over priced. However now they are up they look really great.

Fab product!
Amazing! They're large, colourful planets and relative to each other in size. Great fun, and a great way to learn about planets. Good to display.
