This is good, very helpful for social anxiety issues, especially when combined with L-Theanine.

Fantastic product, clear headed and distressed after 90days
Great product. I recommend sticking out the full course, 1 a day. When I came off after 90days I realised the slight impact ashwaganda had to my stress management and mindset. I feel less stressed and more capable when taking them. As close to a ‘limitless pill’ as you are ever going to get haha. Clear headed and distressed, what more could you ask for. Oh and fantastic libido effects.

Never disappointed with Solgar! I use this in the morning before a hectic day and I can feel that works. The only downside (only if you have sensitive stomach and you take 1000g a day for a long period) is the upset stomach.

Family member recommended these after reporting to feel so much better after taking these & having so much more energy, After using these for about 2 months I didn’t really notice much.. apart from making me visit the loo frequently I didn’t notice much different in my self taking these.. I have a few left over but don’t take them anymore, Maybe I’ll finish the bottle off just for the sake of it.. I personally won’t be buying another just for not really noticing any difference. If I did, then I wouldn’t hesitate to

Great product, Solgar are one of my go to ...
Great product, Solgar are one of my go to companies for herbs and I found that my anxious state of mind calmed very quickly after I started to use this product, it is always best to check with your DR if you are still anxious after a few weeks of using this if you still haven't calmed yourself. I would order again if I find myself in the need.
