Yes. It works well, and doesn't affect the suede. Didn't leave any residue, or change the colour at all.

can it be used on leather trainers? or do i need the leather one?

I personally tried to use it on leather shoes but I find that the spray doesn’t protect them it just comes off

Can this be used on carpets to keep them clean and dry ?

This is a teeny tiny bottle. You’d need hundreds to do a carpet. It’s more suited for coats and fabric shoes
