Black Tourniquet Quick and Slow Release

I'm a Paramedic so I'm using this tourniquet in the pre-hospital setting. I had a brief interaction with ICE medical and they couldn't be more professional and dedicated about their products. So that's one positive thing. I decided to invest in this venous tourniquet because I just can't handle the blue single use one we get nowadays and the cheap 1£ ones you can get on other sites have let me down in the past big time so I decided to give this one a shot. Used it today on a busy day shift at work, it's sturdy, reliable and comfortable for the patient. Intuitive in its use and generally well made. Easy to clean and obviously light to carry in your pocket. I'm going to keep using it at work. Money well spent I think.

Strong and and of good quality.

As an RN I needed a good quality product. This is brilliant and I have had good feedback from my friends who have borrowed it too!

Worked well for a while. But is now starting to fray. Having used it constantly woud not recommended for someone who uses on a daily basis.

I had to buy another as the plastic buckle on my last one came off and I couldn't get it back on. This isn't a bad reflection of the product- it has had heavy daily use and couldn't probably have been fixed if I were more dexterous. It was just easier buying a new one. Best tourniquet I have ever used. 👌🏻

Absolutely rubbish. Brought this for work (I am a phlebotomist in a GP surgery) and needed a new one, brought this due to the good reviews but it doesn't stay tight, just loosens straight away. Really disappointed!

So far it has held up well to a variety of patients and seems of a good quality and well built. While its not the cheapest out there, I do not regret the purchase so far. Will update if it breaks/fails.
