Took these thinking they’d just make my pee glow like a hi-vis jacket, but they actually gave me a decent lift. Proper little energy nudge without the crash, and my brain feels less like it’s running Windows XP. Strong stuff, no nonsense, and does exactly what a B-complex should.

good product for the price, no odd smell or taste, turns urine bright yellow though, hopefully in a month or so i will feel some change? capsules are rather large so take care when swallowing, take a big mouth full of water.

I have to admit that the glass bottle looks better than the plastic one. It's a capsule vitamin and easy to swallow.

Been taking these for just over 2 weeks, can feel a difference in energy and fatigue levels. Quite easy to swallow. Vitamins arrive well-packaged and secure, nice glass bottle. Well trusted brand, I probably wouldn't use any other brand.
