Duralex Lys Plate 23,5cm, 6 Plates

These Duralex plates are a perfect size, lightweight in comparison to non-Pyrex plates, they allow food to retain their heat and work well in the microwave too. The items were delivered well before their estimated delivery date and received in perfect condition (bubble wrapped to avoid damage). If you are looking for a super, smashing, great plate, I would recommend the Duralex Lys plate.

LOVE THE PLATES!! Absolutely love the plates; simple glass plates that look modern and minimalistic - just what I was looking for. Lightweight and good size (got the 23.5cm) for dinner plate. I did receive one plate with a small chip but Amazon Seller - Rinkit Ltd was very quick to resolve and arrange for a replacement. Very happy with overall experience with Amazon and Seller.

Lots of tiny flaws in the centre part of the plate, hence 4 stars. I am not using these for eating off but for crafting items, so they don’t need to be perfect but the flaws (tiny bubbles, loss of full transparency) annoyed me as I had to place the decoration to try and mask the flaws. I would buy again as they are cheap and ideal for my projects. Also the makers mark and Made in France (raised) are annoying but these should not hinder anyone using them for table wear.

I know these are just clear glass plates, but they are my favourite set ever! I am trying to remove chemicals from entering my body so went with a glass option which is known to be non toxic, especially duralex. I love that they don't feel scratchy when eating off them. I can recommend these highly. My only worry would be what would happen if I dropped one, but then all plates are breakable to some degree

Bought these clear glass plates for the purpose of decorating them for Easter as had been unsuccessful in finding a dinner service that I liked. Came very well packaged & with quick delivery. Washed well to begin with, cut out & applied single ply designs from paper napkins & once complete coated in a good layer of Mod Podge dishwasher safe glue. Touch dry after 1-3 hours but after around 28 days (to allow for a full cure) plates are completely dishwasher safe! Have had no issues & design has remained in place perfectly so far! Great well priced plates for this type of use, definitely recommend.

I buy these plates for using when heating up food in the microwave or oven. The intensity of the heat, particularly in the microwave, has caused a few (ordinary) plate breakages in the past. These glass plates seem to be suitable (to date anyway). Some people think that they are virtually indestructible - they're not. And I don't, and didn't, expect them to be indestructible anyway. When I let one fall on the tiled floor, it smashed to pieces (which I wasn't surprised about). Overall, they are however very durable and practical, and they fill my needs perfectly.

I bought these in August 2020 and they don’t get a lot of use, perhaps twice a week. However, one has already exploded in the cupboard and another has ended in the bin after chipping badly. These plates have not been dropped or abused in any way so for them to be so fragile when I was aiming for a durable glass plate (like the one I still use that belonged to my grandmother so must be at least 20 years old). I would not recommend this product at all and I will be putting the remaining 4 plates in the bin....what a waste of money as less than 9 months old.

Platos de buena calidad y a un precio razonable. Tengo los mismos de colores clásicos “heredados” y la única diferencia es que se les ha ocurrido cambiar las letras en relieve de la marca al interior del plato lo que me parece bastante poco acertado (he pensado incluso que podrían ser falsos pero comprobado en tienda física que así vienen ahora). Los volvería a comprar sin duda.

It met my expectation

First time buying from this vendor. Because it's glass, there were a few that arrived with some deep imperfections that made me worried about microwaving or using in a dishwasher. Contact vendor with pictures and they are responsive. We were confident in buying other items from the same vendor. We like the clean look of the glass and low maintenance of it. No need to worry about utensil scratches on white plates. Also wanted to match an inherited set and this was the best deal and good quality. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Would definitely buy again!
