Great coffee maker. Slightly smaller in size from our old one. But does the job just as good.

So happy with this purchase. Using it now for several months. It makes great coffee and is easy to operate. Doesnt take long to heat up and lots of options for strength and cup size. You do need to purchase descaler and the machine will stop working when the descaling is due (so far about every 3 months). I got the descaler in Currys and it was a lot cheaper than online. One thing to note: It has the capability to take ground coffee but I found that its not really practical and its very hard to clean that area. I used the ground coffee option a few times but found that the steam generated by the coffee making process caused the fine grinds to stick to the inside of the machine and can cause mould over time. This doesnt happen with the coffee bean and grinder operation though. So I would recommend it for coffee beans only. We use filtered water for it to reduce hard water issues but you can also purchase an internal filter for it if required. It arrived well packaged and on time. The water tank size is great. Worth watching a few of the youtube videos on the operation and cleaning as I didnt think the instructions were great. Would definitely recommend though

I looked at a lot of machines and read a lot of reviews before settling on this. Based on longevity of machine and quality of coffee. I was tempted with a before machine, but reviews were they don't last long. But I still hoped to find a machine under £300.Our coffee of preference is latte. So I initially thought I needed the best automatic milk attachment. But the more you tube videos I watched on getting a good microfoam the more I realised a manual milk steam arm would probably be the best.Lots of reviews on this machine saying water jug is too small, have to clean out grinds regularly, can't interrupt, poor instructions. However, I fully read the instructions before starting and made delicious coffee from the first mug. I did my research on beans before buying the machine, so admittedly I had great beans for the first coffee, but I set everything to medium to begin with and haven't felt the need to experiment with the settings anymore.Day 3 today and been practising with the milk. First couple of days latte tasted great even though my milk still needed a lot of work. Multiple you tube videos later and I've managed a great micro foam on the milk. So yes, with practice and good technique this machine is capable of it. Like anything, you need to put in the work to get the technique. I'm glad I went for a manual steam as don't think you'd get this from automilk. I think it would end up more like a cappuccino.

Received this a couple of days ago. The paper instructions are just in pictures and are BLOODY USELESS. Fortunately, I found and downloaded the full printed instructions as a PDF onto my Acrobat app. If you’re not at all computer or technical savvy, GOD KNOWS what you’d do. Anyway, use Google to find the instructions online and then download them or print them out.The machine works fine, by the way, and is easy to operate if you’re able to access the printed instructions. This machine is more compact than my previous De’Longhi and noticeably quieter. For some reason, completely clear water gathers in the drip tray after use and needs regularly emptying. Is it supposed to leak?!My previous De’Longhi Magnifica worked fine too but its innards decided to totally and irreversibly collapse after four years. If this new one doesn’t last a lot longer it’ll be the last De’Longhi I ever buy!!

Day 4 of using the coffee machine and it is nothing short of perfect. I bought this machine to replace a nespresso pod machine. I love starbucks espresso and only really drink espresso or americano. This machine is perfect for that, delivering Starbucks shop quality coffee. Setup was simple and after a few tweaks and tests, I have the perfect coffee.

Having had a built-in coffee machine for 12 years, which could only be fixed by a company engineer with an enormous call-out charge, I decided to get a counter-top machine. It's perfect for my needs and can be adjusted to suit individual tastes. There are many videos online if you have any problems which are not dealt with by the instruction leaflets, which can be downloaded. Temperature is perfect.

Bought this Coffee Maker on 9 December 2024The machine started giving problems in early March 2024 and Amazon arranged a repair with Olympic Shaver Centre Ltd one of their nominated repair agentsThe machine was returned by them on 27 March 2024 with the Outcome marked RepairedWe have completed an on line form with that company to request an explanation as to exactly what the source of the problem requiring repair was but without the courtesy of a reply from them. We tried again but once again met with no responseThis morning the Steam Switch has locked and will not move and that issue has only appeared since the repair has been effectedCurrently this machine is not fot for purpose and we would request Amazon to either replace the machine with a new one or refund the cost

On product description said that it contains the measure and descaler. The descaler is not in the box as mentioned. It is easy to set up and use and makes amazing coffee. Great product altogether.I would recommend to update info as I was disappointed it didn't have the descaler in the box as mentioned.
