The ladders arrived really well packed and in excellent condition. They were easy to put together and offer lots of different variations for use. The ladders themselves are extremely light, which makes them very convenient. I also want to highlight that the customer service was absolutely above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these ladders or buy from this company again.

The only reason I have given this 4 stars is due to the fact the safety rail does not line up with the connectors once the four supports struts are in place. If you put the safety rail on first then put the four supports to connect and make it safer, there is one that will not fit into the receptacle so there is a design fault either generally - or we are just unlucky.On saying all of that it is still safe to use if you connect the 4 support rails first then leave the safety rail until last but not fully connected because it’s not possible to do so.It’s very straightforward to put together and with the wheels easy to move with the platform attached. We bought to do our stairs, but can see we will use it a lot in the garden and around the house.Would recommend.

It's impossible to fully assemble the ladder I received. The support struts don't fit properly, and any attempt to force them means the platform will not sit securely on the rung of the ladder. Frankly, it would be dangerous to use it. Some marks on the paint of the struts and on the aluminium are making me think I'm not the first person who has returned it. Looks like I am going to have to pay for a carrier, as, despite the fact it is a bulky item, the company's instructions suggest I take it to a post office. I'm going to have to fight for a refund on the cost of sending it back, by the looks of things. EDIT, to be fair, the company has now arranged for a courier to collect the returned ladder after I contacted them by phone.

Good point,light weight,when using,I suggest you tight up the platform with rope to wall to avoid tilt over,dangerous to the wotkman.the locking to stairs joint is loosey.not good safety measure.Have to improve safety.

Once you have a practice putting it together it only takes a minute to put up. I can easily do it on my own. It is really light but incredibly sturdy when put together, doesn't take much room to store it too. Brilliant value for money.
