Marks on back of book. Not really happy.
book came on time, was ok apart from the marks on the back of the book, they will not wipe off, not really happy,because it was a present for Christmas,for my 18 year old son,who's is a sushi chef 👎🏻

My husband has in the past two years gotten into Sushi making and is getting pretty good at it. He watched "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" on Netflix and found his new Sushi Hero. He's been obsessed ever since. This book was the perfect gift for him. It's descriptive of the sushi making processes, has lots of amazing pictures of sushi, and even has recipes for the best way to cook sushi rice. Such a great book!
