We use this to monitor our cat. Can't fault the camera, quality is very good and the app works fine. You don't need the additional features which require a subscription unless you think you need them. Reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because every now and then you have to reboot the camera because of a connectivity issue and to do this you have to take the lead out the back and put it back in. After a reboot all is good. This might get fixed with an update though?

​This little camera is fantastic! The pan-and-tilt feature is so useful for checking in on my pets and getting a full view of the room. The setup was quick, and the two-way audio is clear. A great value for the features it offers.

I rushed to buy this with some other cameras in the sale whilst I could. I hadn’t thought about where I’d put it except in the house in the future to keep an eye on our furkids when we are out. I thought I’d be able to put it on the windowsill by the back door in the conservatory but it can’t see through the blinds, so for now it’s on a high shelf so we can see if anyone is at the back door and every bloody car or person that walks past. Ha! I think we’ll get a bendy bracket and attach an outdoor blink from the roof so we can see through an unblinded window, in future. But apart from that, it’s an excellent camera. I’ve not tried looking outside in the dark with it yet, but indoors it’s great. I love the 360 oscillation. We tried it on the kitchen at first and I heard my husband shouting me whilst he was at work. Ha! He was showing his mate our messy kitchen. For the price it’s brilliant. I’ve noticed that when we get cars drive past the back door, the recording and alarm go off at 3-4 seconds before you see the car. It’s similar at night. If it sees a car headlight, even in the distance, we’ll get the alarm. It’s on setting 4, but I still find it odd. This doesn’t happen with our outdoor cameras. It really isn’t in a practical position right now as it goes off whenever we go out. We are in and out going down the garden, to the garage, or to the bins. This will be brilliant though we when we are able to view our furkids when we’re out. It is very sensitive. It also goes off at night due to orbs which in this case must be tiny flies as there are no visible flies that we can see. Highly recommend.

Does what it is supposed to do & dies it well. There is a slight delay in the pan & tilt function from activating in the app to when the camera moves, but that is to be expected from a remote instruction going through several network layers. Image is pretty clear, voice function & sound is a bit hit & miss but it isn’t really designed to be used as a 2 way radio but more to inform intruders that you know they are there and tell them Police are on the way. The motor in the Pan & Tilt mount is also very quiet in operation.Installed in seconds to the Blink app and Hub that links the Blink ecosystem together. Was just a case of scanning the QR code on the camera in the app, selecting the correct camera/accessory & it is done. Works well in low light/darkness also even though it is black & white but full vibrant colours when there is sufficient lighting available to the sensor.

love these mini pan cameras i can use the app to move it while i am at work and it was really easy to set up,far better than fixed cameras as you have the movement option. As with all blink cameras the quality is good and the night vision works a treat ,it connects to the wifi very easily an all round good product
