Cheap Replacement For Aftermarket Central Locking Fault On My VW T4 Van
This product is great value for money, good communication from Right Click, item arrived on time. First Class Service, would use again. My VW T4 sliding door was making a horrible sound when it was locked and unlocked.I didn’t know what to expect until I removed the door panel to check out the Actuator, that was making to noise. Before I bought the van it had an aftermarket central locking system fitted. When I removed the Actuator I was looking for a serial number to buy a replacement, it didn’t have one, so I took a photograph of the Actuator and looked for something similar, I found this one on Amazon, all I had to do is change the wiring connectors to fit my van. It’s very tricky to replace the new one so allow plenty of time to do it. Van door is now silent when locking and unlocking.

Works well, but not "silent" as ddescribed
This works well. the plastic body is glued so i don't know what is inside but from the look and feel it appears to be a motor driving a rack to give the linear motion. It pushes quite hard at 12v and actuates fast (it appeared on first play to be spring loaded but that is just because it is so brisk it bounces off the end stops). The linear output has a concertina rubber boot to keep dust out.It works (moves) even down near 3v.it is quite current hungry.I was searching for a silent actuator which the description says this is. It is far from noisy but it is no way silent (didn't really expect it to be, but at this price it was worth a punt). Sadly as it is glued I can't even try greasing it some more.

BRILLIANT thank you very much
I bought this a replacement for a Fiesta MkV 2002 boot lid actuator. Curiously this seller would not ship to Spain so I purchased it on Amazon.es and it came from UK!!!! (although at a cost of about 9€ inc postage) anyway that aside it required little modification to fit my car and works fantastically. BRILLIANT thank you very much.
