How do you charge the mirror? Can you just leave it plugged in?

It comes with a charging cable. The charge port is on back of mirror. I charge mine once a week. It holds a charge for about six hours. You can use while charging. I love my mirror.

How do you turn it off and on?

The controls are on mirror itself. You tap the icon (left one).
