Clean vs standard.
Great book, however I accidentally purchased the clean edition. This is a great way to read the book and you will get everything you need from it, but if you know Goggin's from podcasts and things of that sort then it wont read as authentic as it does from the explicit version. I have both books and decided to gift the clean one.

An incredible resource for how any of us can unlock our potential. Goggins’ life is his laboratory and his drive to be better is infectious. This is an inspiring and practical must read for anyone who wants to find out who they could become.

A very down to earth easy read and inspiring read about getting motivate to go back to train again.
A great read for the Autumn to shame you into getting out of bed or off the couch to go out and exercise your body or your brain. its an easy read 300 pages which you could read in a week. As the chapters are not related so you can speed read it and still feel inspired by the end of it. I enjoyed and read it twice before I passed the copy on to a friend.. A worth while buy definitely for the guy who wants to get back into a training routine of type whether for work or sport.

A true inspiration from a man who in essence reaches and teaches us how to access the sacred realm beyond the profane. I am inspired to continue to not settle for comfort which is a mere distraction from our purpose on this world.
