Gotten because at 42 starting to lose some of my flexibility, been using this for about 2 weeks now and it works great, my kicks are getting better and this morning got back down into the full split first time for awhile so well worth the price and it is very well made too so would for sure recommend

Great product does what it says on the tin. I bought this to compliment my metal ground leg stretcher which i use to strengthen my mid splits and i'm noticing I've gained a lot more control over my high kicks by stretching with this tool. This strap door system is surprisingly strong and durable and i don't feel uncomfortable or get skin irritation unlike cheaper models from other brands. I think what really separates this as one of the best brands is that they offer step by step programs, diagrams and video to help you on your journey to get more flexible. That is brilliant and for the price you can not go wrong with a brand that'll invest that much time into helping you grow.

Wow this product is great my 11 year old daughter has been using it alot and has found it to be helpful great for beginners

I bought this product as a way to increase my flexibility in karate, but at first I found although i was well stretched I didn't have any increased flexibility... that came about a week later as i started to notice more elevation with a straight leg... (I have tight hamstrings) so now little by little this product is working wonders :)the only issue i have is that the hoop can be a bit chaffy... this is easily solved by wearing socks or shoes.... or maybe a bit of foam if its implemented into the design but overall 5/5 great product!!

I have been using this product for the last two weeks and it is great. I love working out but my work requires me to sit for long periods of time. The leg stretcher allows me to open up my hips and hamstrings and I have already noticed some improvement in my range of motion when exercising. Overall great product and quality and I would definitely recommend for any fitness enthusiast or martial artist wanting to improve their flexibility.

This product is great and although I was sceptical, it even works on the doors in our 400 year old house! Haven’t been using it that long but you can really feel the stretch and me and my daughter are both using the product with confidence. Customer service was excellent as they sent a pdf afterwards showing stretches and explaining the product.

Great product does what it says on the tin. I was thinking about buying a metal ground leg stretcher but they are either cheap and flemsie or decent but expensive. This strap door system is perfect. I used a rope on an over head bar when I was young and totally forgot about it. This is perfect for when you don't have a stretching buddy, its more interesting than doing the usual body weight stretches and its motivating when you see your foot moving up the door as time goes buy. For the price you can not go wrong.

Soddisfattissima: mi ha aiutato a riprendere le spaccate frontali in poco tempo dopo tanti anni che non le facevo più. Parto avvantaggiata perché sono sciolta di mio, ma è comunque un validissimo aiuto per tutti e per vari esercizi (sempre se la porta sta chiusa, sennò bisogna tenerla bloccata col proprio peso contro). La consiglio sicuramente.
