Pricey, but pleased with Magna tiles expansion set, fits with bases and other tiles.
These tiles fit nicely on the really large base tiles. They can either be fitted on top of the usual large bases, which is good for building High storied structures and the bases can also be placed on top of the walls for inner story floor sturdiness....... They fit with most other makes of ordinary size tiles too, including Picasso.... 1large Square and 1 half width square fits with the large baseplate width. (half length exactly), so do the same again to get exactly the large Picasso baseplate size).It's a pity that they are so expensive as I'm sure there would be a very much higher volume bought if the price was less, for example x4 or5 sets at £20 each would be a pretty attractive purchase since they do give much more versitility. One other change I feel would be an improvement is if the large squares had more magnets, in the shape of a cross. A real creative advantage and sturdy inner structures.Definitely worth buying for the increase in versatility and strength. The magnetsare not the strongest, I did expect them to be updated in strength by now, however they are not weak either; they make a very good bond with the large Picasso tiles, which do have good magnets. Not only the children, but 'the dads' find them irresistible too. Great to see parents and children building together.

Weak magnets and poor quality
Magnets are much smaller than other brands and don’t hold very well. AlsoScratch really easy and just generally not very good quality. Wouldn’t buy again

A nice add on set to existing collections
A nice add on set to existing collections. Enable bigger and more stable structures to be built. A little expensive for what they are hence loosing a star. Quick delivery times 😊👍🏻
