Sue from Oneisall provided the best customer service i have probably ever received. I bought some dog clippers a couple of years ago from Amazon for our spaniel. The clippers were great but over time ( years) they became slightly less effective as you'd expect from something that cuts through gritty matted hair. I emailed the customer services email address to see if I could buy some new blades. I didn't have any complaints with the item because it worked great and far better than others that we've had that were more expensive. Sue emailed me back and explained that they don't do blades for that model but if could show my original reciept and video of them cutting that they would send me a new set of clippers.I got the recipe from my emails which Amazon send out when you buy stuff and a quick video of the dog getting new hair do and sure enough Sue arranged for new set of clippers. They arrived in a few days are the great quality item I'd bought before.I don't ever do reviews because it's not my thing but with this service I just had to leave them a review.Sue and the team thank you.

Amazing clippers. I have had many sets of clippers before but the 2 pair we have currently have always struggled with one if our spaniels thick, wavy hair. She is now 13 years old and its too much to expect her to stand for an hour while I struggle ti tidy her up. So I went into Amazon yesterday expecting to have to spend a lot if money on a new set. I was very impressed by the video of a poodle being easily trimmed and red a lit if riviews and thought for that price I'd give them a go. They came today, already charged, abd I thought I'd just give them a quick go. 15 minutes later she was 95% done. They cut through her difficult coat easily and quickly. They are very quite. There is a whole choice of combs to regulate length. And when I had finished there was still 95% charge left in them. Also, unlike plug in ones, they did not get uncomfortably hot to hold

These clippers are ok if you don’t use the guards, the fur tended to get stuck and not move so well if you used the guard, you couldn’t sale through the coat as the video lead you to believe!

My dog is a cairn terrier mix, medication has encouraged extra fast, thick hair growth, bought this clippers and it works a treat, lots of different size cutting Combs and digital display lets you know how much charge is left, it’s really quite so great for nervous pets.Really nice professional stylish looking set, fully charged so I basically just started using it from the box.Would recommended this product

Excellent value for money, I have 5 Yorkshire Terriers and I managed to get through them all in a day. The clippers have a low level noise, easy to hold and have multiple attachments for choice of length. No snagging or tram lines as they glide across the dogs coat easily. Hope they will last a long time. Definitely recommend

I am so pleased with these clippers. They are so easy to use. I’ve previously had others but they are no where near as good. My English Springer Spaniel has a double coat and thus is the first time I have been able to give her a really neat and close clip. Certainly worth the money - less expensive than some others but performance is far superior. They feel nice to use, comfortable to hold and the noise level is just right. Would highly recommend

These are the best clippers that I have purchased. Over the year I have owned 5 dog clippers, and all have been ok and I thought these would be the same, but I was amazed how powerful these are, my cockerpoo fur is very curly and course, I used 15% of the power and it took 35 minutes to shave him all over. He hadn't been to a groomers for 6 months due to him having cancer, so was awful mess with matted fur. Thank you for selling a product that actually works.

Amazing clippers. I was not expecting that they would be so effective. Very powerful, came fully charged, lots of cutting length options. Much better than my Wahl clippers for twice the price and considerably cheaper than a dog groom locally.Great value for money
