Yes this board does allow for Z X and Y limit switches and a Z probe for for homing

Q: Will this board work with the new 20000 rpm motors ?

Google it. There is a hardware modification or a ramp sequence you would need to add to all your gcode programs. The board will run it, but will get burnt up from the motor if you don’t do the hardware or software mod to it.
