Beverly Hills Cop: Triple Feature [DVD]

Beverly Hills cop. Disc is very good, has a commentary track from the director which is a nice addition sound and picture quality are very good.Beverly Hills cop 2 Disc is, well somewhat disappointing after watching the first outing, film is good enough, picture and sound are very good however this is a bare bones edition of a film which would have benefitted GREATLY by a'Directors' commentary' shame.Beverly Hills cop 3. Well, least favourite for me personally if I'm honest, I haven't watched it yet so I cant gove an opinion about the disc.

This was a gift for hubby but we both enjoyed watching all 3 films. Good extra features, including who was going to be cast before Eddie Murphy was made the lead and how different the movie could have been if the original actor stayed. Quality is excellent and the cases were nice and presented well. Sound and vision experience was fab! Took me right back to my younger years when it was released. Fun films!

Of course, I speak about the first 2 movies as the third is not as good.About image quality, I don't know what to say. Colors and contrast are very good, but image is very noisy. Especially black looks like salt & pepper. Third movie has however better image.Is either a very good DVD upscaling or it was a very grainy movie.But at this price...

What more to add?You also get Beverly Hills Cop 3 but, let's face it, they should have called it quits after the second one.

The first two movies were brilliantly funny, the third not so much however the box set was good value for money. A blast from the 80’s.

The remastring of first two film were not such that bluray matter.Third though becomes incredible good quality.But just love E. Murphy and these films.

Great for any fan of Beverly hills cop or Eddie Murphy highly recommended only one of the films has alot of grain the rest look great

First film has extras on it from dvd except for cast interviews AND the bonus of a new featurette and director commentary. Sadly second and third film have no extras at all so hang onto dvds if you want to keep them.
