This little USB dongle does an incredible job of producing clear microphone audio input, which was my only reason for buying it. I've not tried the audio output quality. I bought this after my Zonar DX sound card began to add a horrible droning noise to my microphone whenever the graphics card I recently installed was under load - must've been some interference from the graphics card. This alleviates the issue completely, and produces very clear audio input, so I can be heard without static or gain or interference or any other such thing. The product feels pretty cheap, and is priced low, but it performs exceptionally.

My laptop headphone port broke, so i needed something that would allow me to listen to music/videos. This dose the job, plug in and play. Although, the sound is constantly on full, therefore you'll poo your pants if any unsuspecting noise comes from your system, be it alerts or notifications. I can't seem to find how to turn it down, i've turnt down my system sound,went into the usb properties ect ect. It just seems to be on full whack as a default. This also leaves an annoying fuzzy sound in the background. If you're looking for more control and decent sound quality, don't buy this. If you're looking for something cheap that dose the job, this is your ideal item, very snazzy looking also.

After having a £50 quote plus parts for my broken h/p jack on my year old desktop, this turned out to be the perfect solution" good online reviews , It is a quality made product At a good price, considering the money that I have just saved not having a dealer fix" plug in any usb. no software needed, recognised as a usb drive. After reading other peoples reviews " I agree. it does seem to give a very clear and precise sound signal .I use through my Harmon Kardon speaker dock it sounds awesome would recommend.

It didn't work for my mac - but that was a software thing rather than anything else. Connected to other mac and works perfectly, quality ok, and also works on PC. As expected for the price

I primarily bought this USB Soundcard as my older one broke. Pros: 1) This works as written in the description. 2) It managed to provide enough power to my BM 800 microphone with very little noise. 3) Headphones worked well with the soundcard 4) Made out of sturdy plastic. Don't think it's going to break anytime soon 5) It uses C-Media CM119 which is pretty good 6) The ports are colour coded Cons: 1) As I mentioned, it did make a little noise in the background while recording with the BM 800 microphone 2) When headphones are connected, you can here a faint hiss, but it's not too disruptive 3) Took 2 weeks to arrive. 1 week to dispatch and 1 week shipping. Honestly I am very disappointed with shipping time. (This does not affect what I think about the soundcard) All in all, this is a great soundcard for the price considering that my older one cost about 17£ and it was of about same quality.

Has Mic Monitoring ie Sidetone. Buzzing as i took a gamble on this

Bought this to record audio with my macbook pro 2015. But couldn't because it makes a constant beeping noise with the frequency of 1kz. It is not loud but it makes it absolutely useless for any decent audio recording. Waste of time.

Bought this as my sound seems to have given up the ghost recently and I wasn't able to use my headphones normally through the audio port, or play sound through the built in speakers. So very happy with this £10 purchase which now allows me to run the sound through a USB port instead - a great workaround for video calls (thankfully sound input is still running ok through the built in microphone) and listening to music. Worth noting the device has two ports - one for headphones and one for a microphone so you'll need to plug in a headset that makes use of both, or listen only through the apple headphones or other devices that include a mic as well.

Good replacement for laptop audio. Or if you need it to power a modmic with no background hiss. Works well for its price. It does block any usb ports beside it though as it is slightly wide. Overall, good buy. Sturdy build

Este producto te podría ayudar bastante Pros: No requiere de ningún tipo de driver - Funciona en Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 /10 - con el uso de un extensor puedes localizarlo en donde más te acomode - Elimina la estática que normalmente encuentras en tu audio integrado. Contras: En mi caso requerí de un extensor USB ya que este adaptador fue demasiado ancho que interfería con los demás puertos USB, aunque entiendo que es algo inevitable debido a que incluye dos jacks 3,5mm y esto obliga al adaptador a tomar la forma que tiene.

Hauptanliegen für den Kauf dieser kleinen USB Soundkarte war, dass ich auf der Suche nach einer ordentlichen Mikrophon Unterstützung für mein MODMIC V4 war. Die Onboard-Soundkarte war nur mit 20db Signalverstärkung zu gebrauchen, aber dann war auch das Hintergrundrauschen meines Desktop PCs deutlich störend wahrnehmbar. Sucht man im Internet nach brauchbaren und günstigen Alternativen, so stößt man vor allem auf die Sabrent (AU-MMSA), die mit ~4V am Mikrophon Ausgang genügend Power liefern soll, um auf die Signalverstärkung verzichten zu können. Allerdings scheint der Hersteller die Produktion über die Jahre verändert zu haben, für den gedachten Verwendungszweck raten neuerliche Käufer mittlerweile vom Produkt ab. Eher zufällig bin ich dann auf die Syba USB 2.0 Stereo Soundkarte (SD-CM-UAUD) gestoßen. Der Hersteller wirbt auf seiner Webseite sogar mit "Near full 5V power ouput to Microphone" - den Link dazu darf ich an der Stelle leider nicht angeben, der lässt sich aber mit ein bisschen Recherche leicht selber finden. Was soll ich sagen, Ziel erfüllt! Ich arbeite mit 0db (nullkommanull) Signalverstärkung und meine Mitspieler in Overwatch meinen, ich stehe direkt neben ihnen. Ein Hintergrundrauschen ist damit so gut wie gar nicht wahrzunehmen. Auch der Sound ist solide und fürs Gaming absolut ausreichend. Wer näheres zu den USB Soundkarten von Sabrent, Syba und Co. erfahren will, der Suche nach entsprechenden Tests von Podcastage auf Youtube. Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle Gamer, die auf der Suche nach einer sauberen Lösung für die Sprachübertragung sind. Aber Vorsicht, aus einem 5 Euro Mikrophon zaubert auch die beste Soundkarte kein brilliantes Klangwunder!
