Used them for years . Tried cheaper ones but always regret that and stick with trusted Bosch .

These are sturdy sharp and excellent for cutting logs. They stay sharp for quite a while even on unseasoned logs. Excellent value.

Lasts a lot longer than you would expect. I bought a 5 pack, think I might be on my second blade now but first blade was still cutting well enough for smaller branches. If you use them for what they are intended, wet wood and pruning they are as quick as the chain saw, if not quicker when taken into account the time fuelling, sharpening and faffing that just isn't required with one of these stuffed into a cordless reciprocating saw.Blade handles well, you can expect to be holding the saw with one hand while sitting in a tree, and out stretched just using the far end of it to zing off small branches. Yeah this is probably frowned upon, but you'll do it and the thing wont bend but you might wobble a bit. Not that it is thin, it is built strong enough that you can get away with this even if you aren't supposed to be doing it.Cuts are fast and not precise... but that is what it is intended for and is great at this. I think the largest branch I've had with it is close to the length of the blade. I would usually do that with the chainsaw but it had run out of fuel. Do like you would with any other saw and change your angle of attack and it will get round anything though.As an idea how much you'll get out of one of these, I've heavily pruned back two 15+ year old Sycamores, several fruit trees given a light pruning, decked a dog (Elder?) tree, also and kept various lighter trees away from buildings and machinery with bits of pruning, and removed various Pine and Leylandi type lower branches round the garden. So unless you have an awful lot of trees to be cutting, the 5 pack of blades ought to last a good few years.

Excellent value for 5 quality Bosch blades. They're about 1.25mm thick and firm so they cut straight compared to some of the other brands that have some flex in the blade.

Used this to take down a few trees. Ideal for use on green wood. Saved me buying a chainsaw!

Firstly I used these blades with my Milwaukee 18v Sawzall. An absolutely awesome tool!I had a huge Ivy on top of my double garage that could be seen from space (google maps) and was mentioned in casual conversation in the local community and my house was referred to the 'house with the ivy'. I kept on putting it off and my excuse was that the ivy was the best bird house in town, and I am sure it was.But it was getting ridiculous! Standing next to it's 8 foot high bulk was intimidating as it was daunting. So it was me, my Sawzall and a pack of ten of these blades. Four days and only one blade later the ivy is a now a huge pile of mulch (courtesy of my shredder) Seriously though, these blades are very impressive and are very much like the other Bosch professional kit I have.I chose these over other tree pruning blades and the Bosch ones were more expensive, but at less than £2 a blade and considering their performance, I totally recommend them.

Les branches jusqu'à 10 cm de diamètre sont coupées sans problème. La lame ne s'use pas vite, elle est résistante. Les inscriptions sur la lame s'effacent par contre assez vite, mais rien d'anormal. Parfaite, en combinaison avec la Bosch Home and Garden scie sabre sans fil AdvancedRecip 18, pour élaguer quelques branches bien vivantes.
