Easy to set up Weather station
I would give this 5 stars the only thing that prevents that is the fact that I have to replace batteries on the outdoor weather vane once a year I wish This unit could be on my radio tower Connected through a POE internet cable back to the Display panel instead of Bluetooth That way I wouldn't have to climb my 30' tower Every year. I love the way that it connects with weather underground And gives Very accurate readings.

AA batteries for the rooftop array
The sensor array requires three AA batteries, not AAA as stated in the write-up. This is particularly important to note ahead of time, if you have to scale a 40-ft extension ladder to the top of your roof, and then lower a 10-ft boom to get to your weather station, to change the batteries in the middle of winter! Ask me how I know. As far as the product goes, we've been running it for almost 2 years without any problems. It's a must-have, for people who like to know what's going on!

Solid weather station
Overall, installation setup was pretty easy. Just make sure you follow the directions in order as you must create your weather underground and weather cloud accounts before signing in to your sainlogic. Only two minor critiques for the system, first, the buttons on the side are small and somewhat difficult to press. I often hit the wrong button when going through to change the display. Second, the weather forecasting function serves no purpose, even in the owner's manual it says that this function should not be used to forecast weather.

Reed Reviews and do homework
I would spend a little more and buy a more dependable unit. I originally purchased this Unit in June 2018. I can't find past review, but contacted sainlogic a couple months ago. They were quick to try and rectify problem and sent me a new unit. I have come to realize it was the first unit sent, but the unit all together. I have not been able to get an accurate reading on wind/rainfall amount on either unit. On Friday 3-15-25, we had a very windy day Max gust was 70mph. My unit record max wind gust of 27mph, this is a big difference. I appreciate Sainlogics quick response and their trying to fix issues. But if the product is faulty across all products this doesn't help.
