I have used this book to keep the brain ticking over, need to get back into it for the new year

What can I say? It has an excellent section on the theory and then there are tons of exercises - that is what I hoped for.

at first i thought it was for gcse students but realised its for the pro mathematicians who want to do advanced maths.

Very nice book. Also delivery is quick ;)
