Just got this product and I am so impressed. Got this to replace another, expensive, well-known brand, combo coffee maker. The Ninja is about the same price but is so much better in so many ways. First, it takes up only 7” of counter space width-wise under my cabinets. That is remarkable for a combo coffee maker and it is a credit to the superior design. My former coffee maker took up twice that amount of space. Full disclosure, as you can see in the second photo I posted, the 7” max width is because I positioned the water reservoir on the back of the unit vs on the right side of the unit. You have the option of setting it up either way. Out of the box the reservoir was on the side. Very easy to switch but take a minute to read the quick setup instructions. The next big enhancement relative to my former, brand name maker is that the reservoir for brewing a full pot of coffee is the same one as for brewing k-cups and is super easy to fill. My old one required a contortionist to angle water to fill the reservoir when you wanted to brew a pot vs a cup of coffee. Filling it almost always resulted in water all over the counter. After just one day of use, the third great feature of this Ninja over my former brand name appliance is that there is a separate water line running from the main reservoir to the brewing unit for when you just want to fill a cup with hot water for tea or hot cider or hot chocolate. This means you do not risk degrading your alternative drink with coffee residue. I have not used the milk frother which is tucked neatly into the side of the unit but look forward to giving it a try. So cleverly designed it takes a little while to figure it out if you are used to the typical clunky designs on most combo units. I noticed some reviews indicating the unit did not function very well with k-cups but I do not understand that at all. We already brewed several non-Keurig brand k-cups and the unit worked seamlessly and brewed great cups of coffee. Hoping this unit will continue to perform well as the design is fantastic. I have a very large kitchen but no one wants to waste valuable counter space.

I have a love/hate relationship with Ninja products - I really love them. But I strongly dislike the warranty. And I hate the lifespan. Once they are done - they're done. I have had a couple of Ninja blenders that surpass the crushing and blending power of my 30 year old beehive Oster - but their life expectancy is about five years. This was a very strong consideration in purchasing a $200 coffee maker. I am not a coffee connoisseur - I typically drink one cup daily - very strong with cream only. But it has to be a perfect cup. I want to enjoy every single sip. I found a Ninja coffee system, brand new, at a thrift store locally for $15. The coffee was amazing. Perfect every single time. When my son moved to his own place, I gifted it to him and started researching one for me. Since I am the only coffee drinker in the house now (no, I'm not crying because he's gone, don't be silly) I considered a Keurig. But I honestly do not like the quality of the coffee from those machines - have tried several but it is not at all to my liking. However, the amount of wasted coffee I was dealing with really started bothering me and decided I needed an option for one cup. This machine is really perfect. The one cup option that I thought I settled for because it is a K cup option turned out to produce an amazing cup of coffee. I THINK it is because the Ninja makes three holes into the K cup rather than the standard one hole other machines use? It may also be the water temperature gets super hot. I do not know, but I really appreciate the depth of flavor from the K cup option on this machine. Another nice option that I never thought I'd want is the frother. It seems silly to me, but one comment in the Ninja manual stated that a cold cup with cream steals the heat from the coffee and changes the flavor - so I toyed around with the frother, using the microwave for 30 seconds and then blending the coffee and cream - its fantastic. This week I had a fever and opted for tea over coffee - I remembered the hot water option on this machine - it gave me two options - hot water and boil - I selected boil and my tea was steeping in no time at the perfect temperature. I absolutely appreciate that the water runs through a separate dispenser so my tea did not have any coffee residue or discoloration or flavor. I plan now to retire my stand alone boiler. The reservoir on the Ninja is adequate for my one cup daily - it is very easy to remove and fill or even fill while in place - I prefer the side option, but like that it can be attached to the back to save space. I don't think that would make much difference because this machine is very big - it does not fit under my standard cabinets. I bought this as a birthday gift for myself and if that last son hadn't left at the same time, I likely wouldn't have spent that much money on myself - but I was pitiful. I am extremely happy I did because the cost is worth it. I am very hopeful this machine will last past my 5 year expectation. Since I do not purchase coffee daily, I cannot state that I have saved money - I mean, I have because I'm not making half pots just for myself and wasting most of that - but if I were a coffee shop customer, I would absolutely think I'd save money with the frother thing and the quality of the coffee - It is really a great machine and I very highly recommend you purchase it. I was debating between the Keurig Duo Pro and this machine and given the quality of the K cup coffee from this, I haven't once looked back - there is no way in my mind the Keurig would produce the same quality cup from the K cups. I’m really impressed with the Ninja DualBrew Pro Hot & Iced Coffee Maker! It brews rich, delicious coffee whether I want it hot or iced, and the DualBrew options make it super versatile. Setup and cleaning are easy, and it looks great on my counter. Perfect for coffee lovers who like both styles!

So far so good. Very nice coffee maker with coffee pods option. Easy to use and clean. Better than most of the big names K I have owned. This Ninja coffee maker saved me a lot of head aches so far. I only wish I could have it hooked to an automatic water line instead of having to fill the tank every time. But that is a small problem to have. Coffee is brewed fairly fast and with good flavor. No plastic flavors noted.

Es bastante sencilla de utilizar, muy práctica. Funciona muy bien y además es fácil de limpiar. Utiliza cápsulas keurig, al menos en mi ciudad son un poco difíciles de conseguir pero sin problemas encuentras gran variedad en Amazon. La cafetera viene con su cuchara medidora y un filtro para café molido, jarra de vidrio y con espumador de leche. El depósito de agua lo puedes poner en la parte trasera o en un costado. Se puede programar para que inicie automáticamente. La recomiendo!

Muy buena!! Puedes hacer café con capsulas KRUPS o con cafe molido para cafetera. En MX es algo difícil conseguir las capsulas KRUPS a un precio razonable. La limpieza es rápida. La recomiendo al 100%

Estaba entre comprar una keurig o está de ninja y elegí está porque me daba por el mismo precio no sólo el uso de cápsulas sino también café de “cafetera”, sin duda la recomiendo y la volvería a comprar.

When we received this product we didn’t realise it was a USA plug but the seller vertex went beyond and above to help us find a converter - unfortunately after an amazing start the machine blew a fuse so we begrudgingly returned it - Canay @ Vertex was amazing and made every transaction so easy and hassle free Canay deserves 100+ for all the help we received a big massive thank you and I’m praying for the day this amazing product becomes totally UK friendly and once again a big shout out for Vertex and especially Canay 😍
