GoPro Handlebar, Seatpost and Pole Mount (Official Accessory)

Quality product from GoPro, this i use on my paddle when paddleboarding. Just perfect.

So this is an excellent and very versatile mount, superb build quality, great rubber inserts. I have not reduced the stars as a result of it NOT fitting my road bike handlebars; they are larger diameter than some bikes and very well taped. Did not fit even with the insert taken out. However, I have been able to mount it on the motorbike, see pictures. I used this yesterday, two hours on motorway, performed its job flawlessly. I have purchased a large tube mount, now fitted to the road bike and was able it to position it centrally thanks to the versatility of these mounts.

I previously had some cheap aluminum mounts for attaching an action camera to my bike handlebar, but it was a pain to screw in and also screw the action camera.The GoPro mount can be attached and removed without tools, and the camera can be attached/removed to the mount also in a few seconds (by just clicking), making the GoPro system a lot more user friendly.Added benefit is also that top can rotate (and be locked in a specific position), so horizontal camera angle can be adjusted easily.Only drawback is price quite high compared to alternatives, but quality is good.

This fits onto the handlebars of my bike and stays put, which is essential when using a camera attached to it. It fits and removes very easily and is well worth the cost.

This is possibly the best mount I have for attaching the camera to a bike but let’s get something straight first. You are fixing a camera to a bike. It’s going to pick up vibrations and unless you have a camera that has a fast frame rate and image stabilisation then your video will be terrible. It’s not the fault of the mount. I would suggest getting a chesty harness for smoother results if this is the case.This bracket is very well made. Solid, easy and quick to attach. Using the GoPro mounts means it can quickly be removed or attached. The swivel is great and allows better positioning of the camera. The inserts allow it to be positioned in a number of places.For info, I use a GoPro hero session 5

Good quality

This is a great product. I've been using it on both my mountain bike and motorbike and it provides a great tight fixture, allowing me to shoot brilliant video. It's also slightly cheaper buying it from here compared to direct from GoPro, meaning you get to save that extra bit of cash but it still has the GoPro brand so you know the quality is there. It provides a great choice of fixings and angles meaning you won't be disappointed therefore I couldn't recommend this product more!

Excellent idea and very well made. Looks great and should do the job well. But, some potential problems depending on use (in my case mounted around one-inch diameter motorcycle crash bars): there's no lock as such, just a screw-down clamp intended to stop it unclamping and falling off. Could this loosen with vibration? The item comes with two decent rubber "inner" pads to cater for different diameter tubes and to allow for some compression when tightening. With one-inch tubes i have NEITHER in use: Because using the thinner one doesn't quite let the clamp close enough to lock it with the screw, yet without a rubber insert it needs to close right up (because even the thinner one is thick enough to make a big difference). I guess that means it's as secure as it can be... but still doesn't mean it won't loosen with vibration just enough for the clamp to pop out. Unlike the permanent bolt-down RAM Ball tube mounts, this can come completely undone. We will see i guess...
