I have a spinal injury, so getting comfortable at night to sleep is a big issue to me. I have purchased just about every leg pillow on the market, and I've wasted a lot of money trying to find something that works. With other leg pillows, they are either too high or too low, or my legs fall off the sides. With the other pillows I just never got comfortable enough to fall asleep and stay asleep, or I was conscious all night to try to keep my legs from falling off the sides. I have literally thrown expensive pillows away because after it's too late to return them, they are just too difficult to store. It's been frustrating to say the least. I've purchased quite a few Lofe brand buckwheat pillows and pillowcases to use on my recliner and on my bed; so, I'm familiar with Lofe's exceptionally high quality products and their very personable and responsive customer service. So, when I learned Lofe had an ADJUSTABLE leg elevation pillow, I was very excited and very interested in getting one. I am glad I did! First of all, the pillow came in a very soft, luxurious velour cover as you can see in the photos. The bottom of the cover has little bumps, I think are silicone, which make the pillow slip resistant to keep it from sliding on the bed, out from under your legs. The cover has a zipper (shown in the photo) to make it easy to "adjust." The adjustable part of it means you can take out or add one or more of the three layers of firm but plush memory foam, so you are sure to find the amount of elevation that works for you. So far, I like the height of all three layers. The first night I used it, not only did I NOT find the pillow on the floor the next morning; but, my legs stayed on the pillow all night! For the first time, I slept all night with my legs comfortable! I have to elevate my legs to relieve the pressure on my spine. If you have the same issue, this is a really great pillow. Elevating the legs has proven to lower blood pressure. Everyone should give their heart a much needed rest by elevating the legs and this pillow is super comfortable. I don't have to try to keep them from falling off the sides with this pillow. In the past few years using Lofe pillows, I have come to trust the quality of everything I've purchased from them. I highly recommend these pillows. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I've been using my new LOFE Leg Elevation Pillow for one month now. I selected this particular pillow based on the exemplary reviews submitted on the Amazon website. I needed a product that would alleviate moderate edema swelling that has afflicted my feet and ankles--and the LOFE pillow has been very effective in this regard thus far. I sleep with it every night at the maximum height setting (9") in order to maximize benefits. Bottom line, it works and is exceedingly comfortable. I like the fact that it easily accommodates/supports both legs and doesn't affect my sleep patterns at all--I'm probably helped by the fact that I've always been a back sleeper. When I lay down in bed, I don't even notice that my legs are positioned in an elevated state. Other pluses are that the pillow cover is quite soft, has handles for quick maneuverability, stays in place (bottom design keeps it from moving), and is washable. Upon delivery, I followed the provided instructions to unpack the pillow and allow the foam pieces to fully expand--and within 48 hours, that was indeed the case. The LOFE package also contained a free pillowcase gift offer which I utilized. The vendor subsequently shipped the spare cover to me in a timely manner. So now I have an extra pillowcase for the product. Highly recommended!

I’ve always spent a lot of time on my feet, and over the years my legs have become a bit sore and stiff throughout the day. Recently, I’ve started wearing compression socks that provided only partial relief. I now use the LOFE Pillow to elevate my legs for brief periods day and night. I get significant relief in my legs with just a ten minute rest on the elevated pillow. I’d recommend potential buyers experiment with bed pillows or couch cushions to see what elevation works best. One or two inches in height makes a big difference.

I had surgery on my foot was told to keep my ankle elevated above my heart. To accomplish this, I tried stacking bed pillows but they either moved or sunk down and I was constantly rearranging and fixing them. So I decided to look on Amazon for a better alternate. I found this pillow and it has been such a life saver. It has 3 height adjustments but the highest one, the way it comes with all the sections added, was perfect for me. The height is perfect, it is soft, comfortable and I love that the edges of the 2 sides are raised and it keeps my legs from sliding off. It fits both of my legs comfortably even with a large and bulky bandage on one leg. This pillow also has gripper dots on the bottom to keep it from sliding around. The very top layer is memory foam and it is very soft and plush and I don't feel any pressure points on my heels while using it. It comes very compressed and squished together but it expands quickly once it is unwrapped. I'm so glad I found this pillow, it has truly been a lifesaver. If you are having surgery, don't hesitate to get one for yourself. It will make a big difference in your recovery.

Post surgery Help. Works nicely with one or both legs elevated. Glad I got the double to give my hips a break by putting both legs up when I wanted to. Used a bath towel over it as I found the fabric a bit hot feeling. I’m super happy I ordered myself one to get here before my surgery. Ive been using it non stop on my recliner, in the car, sofa , and in bed ! Light enough to take with you needed. Someone else said mine was lighter than the one they got. I’m going to remember this as a get well gift. It saved me wrestling pillows and risking complications with swelling.
