After doing My wrist in a few months back, my physio said I'd pulled some tendons and to aid it getting better. It fits my hand like a glove I like the fact it can be used on a left or right hand, so can be used again. It's very comfortable to wear.

Can’t fault the product but why Amazon drivers have to lie about where they leave the parcels amazes me 3 parcels all saying put through letterbox when in fact all 3 were dumped on the front door step not even in the safe place to leave items!

I sprained my wrsit and this worked a treat. The supports are super easy to change, and its very comfy as its made with quality thick fabric. I was back to gardening in no time.

I have recently experienced pain in my wrists and fingers associated with repetitive strain and need some support to help rest the problem area. This is a flat aluminium support that can also be bent to shape if required and the strapping allows my thumb to stay in place to rest it well supported.It does make using your thumb difficult so is only practical when resting or sleeping and you will struggle to wear this during the day. This "Large" size fitted my large hand well but there is a smaller size on the listing if you have small hands. The straps are adjustable and fix securely via Velcro allowing you to easily adjust the tightness. get used to that.At its current price of less than £18, it provides good support and I use it in conjunction with a more traditional wrist support during the day. While it has not cured my problem it has definitely helped and I am less likely to catch it uncomfortably overnight.

My mother has Arthritus in her Thumb joints.Particularly more so when the weather becomes colder, the pain is worse.Although she is of retiring age, she still has opted into working full time at home which involves using a laptop.I ordered this to see if it gave her any relief.She is really happy with it.She can still use the laptop keyboard, and the metal plate firmly and securely keeps her Thumb from moving or bending, which is causing the problem.

Bought for son as he hurt his thumb playing rugby.His feedback is it's eased the pain slightly due to minimal movement using this strap.He wears it at school and said its made writing less painful. On that note it's a good strap to use for muscle injury.
